The spacious three-story layout gives everyone room to relax and unwind. On the ground level, you'll find two comfortable bedrooms and a full bathroom. Bedroom 2 has a king-size bed and an en suite bathroom, while Bedroom 3 has a queen-over-queen bunk bed, making this level a comfortable and convenient space for family or friends.

The second floor is the heart of the home, with an open-concept kitchen, dining, and living area framed by expansive windows overlooking Lake Tahoe. Large windows bring in plenty of natural light and showcase the stunning shoreline scenery, and the comfortable living space is the perfect place to unwind after a day on the slopes. The well-equipped kitchen makes it easy to prepare meals and gather for breakfast, dinner, or a casual night in. Step out onto the private balcony deck for a breath of fresh mountain air and views of the lake.

The third floor is dedicated to the primary suite, with a king-size bed, an en suite bathroom, and sweeping water and mountain views. After a day of skiing or exploring Kings Beach, retreat upstairs to relax and take in the serene surroundings. Two dedicated parking spaces make it easy to come and go during your stay.

Fireplaces: The gas fireplaces in this unit are not available.
Parking: 2 parking spaces.
Winter 2026/2027: Decks and balconies are shoveled for structural safety only and are not guaranteed to be clear of snow during winter.
Mountain living: Living in the mountains and staying in a private home means some things are outside our control. For example, severe weather has occasionally knocked out the Wi-Fi and power. While these instances are rare, we ask for your patience when they happen. We'll do our best to accommodate all requests, and situations like these (power outages, appliance issues, etc.) are handled on a case-by-case basis.
