Escape to tranquility in this remodeled, bright, and quiet end unit nestled in a serene setting. Located in Kings Beach, this charming retreat offers the perfect blend of comfort and style for your next getaway.

This completely remodeled Kingswood Condo is located in upper Kings Beach. It is a corner unit with lots of light and conveniently located close to downtown Kings Beach and Lake Tahoe. This condo has many great features that include a wood fireplace in the living room and open floor plan in the living room and kitchen area. The home sleeps up to 8 guests with 3 bedrooms plus a loft.

The lower floor has 2 bedrooms, the primary king bedroom and a queen bedroom with a shared hallway bathroom. The mid floor has one queen bedroom and also features the kitchen, living room, hall bathroom and dining area. The loft has two twin beds, this is open air to the below living and dining area.

You will fall in love with this fully remodeled condo as it has lots of space as well as the comfort of home. Relax with a good book or morning cup of coffee on the back deck, or take a stroll around the complex to the pool and tennis courts.

Location:
The condo is just 6 miles to Northstar ski resort, minutes from great hiking, and is about 1 mile to downtown Kings Beach, the large public beach, and grocery store.

Parking:
Parking is available for 2 cars total. All cars must park in designated spaces. No street parking per county ordinance.
Prepare for mountain or winter weather driving in winter months. This may mean Four wheel drive with snow tires or chains. Check weather or road reports. AWD and 4WD necessary to get up the mountain roads and some driveways in the winter.

Other things to Note:
* Renters must be 25+
* This is a non-smoking home.
* Pets are not allowed at this home.
* Maximum Occupancy per county ordinance is 8 adults.
* Use of the BBQ is not guaranteed in winter months, due to limited access.
* Use of outdoor furniture is not guranteed in the winter.
* Like most homes/condos in Tahoe, this one does not have Air Conditioning. There will be fans available for your use!
* Your safety matters. This property may features exterior security cameras. The cameras are outward facing and do not look into interior spaces. The cameras will continuously record video and sound while guests are in residence.

Our stay at this Lake Tahoe cabin was absolutely fantastic! A perfect size for our family of six. The rooms were comfortable, and the cozy atmosphere made us feel at home. We loved unwinding on the patio and deck, ideal for relaxing and stargazing at night.The amenities were a highlight, especially the pool and sauna, enhancing our experience beyond what we expected. Conveniently located just a five-minute drive from Kings Beach, local restaurants, and grocery stores, this cabin was in an ideal spot for our vacation.The only minor concern was a few loose floorboards on the upper deck and cars in the complex that tended to drive a bit fast, so just keep an eye out if you’re traveling with kids.Overall, I highly recommend this cabin for families seeking a fun and memorable getaway!

Great condo to rent, quite spacious and clean. Kitchen has all items you need. Great location to restaurants and activities. Kids loved the pool. Would stay at Kingswood Village again.

Disappointing

We rented a 3-bedroom cabin for 6 people (2 parents and 4 children aged 10 to 15) from Tahoe Rentals Company: -Booking Changes: Initially booked for 8 days, we were informed a few days before our vacation that the cabin would only be available for 5 days due to the owner's request. This last-minute change forced us to alter our plans. -We were provided only 3 rolls of toilet paper for the entire duration of our stay. -While the kitchen was clean and appeared new, other parts of the property, including the front porch and two balconies, were not clean and had spider webs. -Two porch doors were not lockable, posing a security risk. Although sticks were provided to secure the doors, one stick was too short, leaving the door partially open. Despite a staff member acknowledging the issue and promising a technician visit on Monday (we rented from Saturday to Saturday), no one came to fix the problem. -The condo did not have air conditioning, and only three fans were provided for six people. Requests for additional fans or a portable AC were denied. This made the condo unbearably hot during the day and night. -We were given enough laundry pods for only 4 days, despite an 8-day stay. -The balcony insect screens were torn and not properly fitted, leading to mosquito problems. This issue was acknowledged by the staff but remained unresolved during our stay. The check-out instructions were unreasonable given the rental cost, our experience with Tahoe Rentals was disappointing

Forest Condo

This was the second time on this trip that management was changing the method of check-in without notifying us. Since internet was poor outside the condo, we were lucky to find someone to let us use their phone. Hopefully, this has been resolved.

Outstanding!!

We planned this trip some time ago to spend time with family and celebrate our daughter’s birthday. A huge winter storm moved in and timing of our travel had to be carefully orchestrated. The PM team was extremely helpful and accommodating, even extending our stay an extra day since we were essentially snowed in. It was a wonderful trip and the home worked out perfectly for our group.

We really liked this property overall. We stayed over Memorial Day weekend. Listing states the pool/hot tub area would likely be open from Memorial Day on but it was not promised and it was not open for our stay. If you stay around that time and are planning on those amenities, definitely call ahead to confirm. Beds are very comfortable and the bathrooms and kitchen area are upgraded and really nice. We had everything we needed for cooking and laundry. Check in and check out was easy. Would stay there again and recommend to other families especially with teens. The basketball/pickleball/tennis court area is nice for that age. Also, located very close to the Old Brockway golf course. We had a great time at Kings Beach and exploring Lake Tahoe!

Pleasant Cozy and Clean Space
