"The property was clean, quiet and comfortable. We were pleasantly surprised to find complimentary milk, bread, jam and tea at the property as well as a welcome note and small reference manual for our stay. Of particular note were the sunrise and sunset ocean views both from the property itself and on the half-mile walk from the property to the train station. If you take the train from Edinburgh to Kinghorn in the evening, you might catch the sunset over the bridge- Gorgeous! We had a lovely time...

"We stayed Jan 5-7th so a quieter time of year which was nice. The rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable. The pool was a bonus. Kids enjoyed it and water was warm. Had dinner at the Brasserie and really enjoyed it. The staff was excellent and the food was tasty. The breakfast buffet was wonderful. Highly recommend adding it on during your stay. Lots of parking, wildlife and good location. Bus available into the city centre. We would definitely return! 2 adults & 3 young children - 2...

"i stayed for four nights and five days there. i had arrived very late at night and they were very accommodating to me and my needs, answered questions, filled water bottle, and throughout the week I received new towels and came back to my room with a bed made up and trash taken out. it was a very clean, nice, and warm place to stay while it snowed for the first couple of days and it was new years so it was great. its walking distance to nearly everything and the train station is right across the...

"Really clean, good location and friendly staff"

"What a great experience! Staff were friendly and helpful, bedroom was thoughtfully laid out, attractive and clean; mattress really comfy and an extensive, varied breakfast. All this and a little spa for relaxation. Reception looked after my bag (after a noon checkout) whilst I went into the city by tram - which was just a few minutes’ walk from the hotel. All-in-all great value for money- highly recommended."

"No air conditioning but maybe due to it being winter. The receptionist this early afternoon was amazing and went above and beyond for us. We were hungry and did not realise their menu had changed and the times as well. However he gave us pizza! Amazing service thank you!"
