Pet-Friendly Home in a Quiet Neighborhood Near Sugarloaf Mountain


  • During the summer and fall, head straight onto the mountain bike trails from your driveway - no car needed! The trails intersect with Town Line Road, which is right around the corner.

    Built in 2015, the house has an open kitchen/living/dining area, perfect for spending time with friends and family, cooking meals together, and watching sports or a movie on the large TV.

    Early check-in or late check-out may be available. Discounts for extended stays may be available upon request.

    Let us know if you'd like to have the linens fee waived because you'll be bringing your own sheets and towels.

    Pets are allowed, with the following limitations:
    • Animals for the sake of the rental agreement refers to Cats and Dogs. Any other animals are subject to approval by the landlord and need to be agreed to in writing PRIOR to occupancy.
    • No prior attack or bite incident by the pet / animal.
    • Aggressive behavior by pets towards humans or other animals will be grounds for immediate termination of rental agreement with no refund.
    • If it is found that owner was not truthful in pet behavior a fine of $500 will be paid to landlord.
    • Dogs must meet the following conditions
    • Breed - Unacceptable breeds of dogs include but are not limited to: rottweilers, pit bulls (all breeds including but not limited to American Staffordshire Terriers, American Pit Bull Terriers, and Staffordshire Bull Terriers), wolf hybrids, Dingoes, Cane Corsos, Presa Canarios or any mix with the above named breeds.
    • Pets must be immediately cleaned up after.
    • Owners are responsible for all damage caused by the animal.
    • Pets need to be on a leash or under voice command whenever outside of a building on the property
    • Noise policy - if animal / pet has repeated incidents of making loud noises may lead to guest being required to find other accommodations with no refund.

    There are two rental properties in the same driveway. Neither one includes access to the garage. This listing is for the house.

Spring Weekend Stay

My fiancé, her parents and our dog stayed at this property for 2 nights and it was wonderful. It is a large, clean property with a nice view of the mountain.

Great for a ski trip!

Close to the mountain with plenty of beds. Everything was clean and comfortable. Would definitely recommend to anyone wanting to do a group trip to Sugarloaf!

Ski Weekend

Myself and 7 friends went to ski at Sugarloaf and this property was just what we needed. It was close to the mountain, spacious and certainly worth the money we paid- highly recommend!

Great Stay

We enjoyed our stay in this very well kept and super clean home. Everything was just as described and the house was in a great location at Sugarloaf in a quiet, private neighborhood on the shuttle route. Everything was perfect. Thank you for a great stay!

Relaxing March ski weekend

We stayed at the property in order to get in a late ski weekend at Sugarloaf in March. The house was cozy and clean. The kids appreciated the toys upstairs, and we all appreciated the beautiful views and short drive to the mountain. We’d definitely stay here again!

Great place!

We traveled up to Marine for a family reunion, and some members of our family were staying at sugarloaf. We needed a place where we could gather and eat and spend some time together. This place was perfect! The hosts were responsive to questions and the place was very clean. A great experience.

Great stay, clean, near trails and mountain

We needed a place to stay while moving in, but also ended up with a couple of friends also joining us. The house was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. The location is near everything, yet private and quiet. I epaulets recommend as a great place to stay with friends!

Excellent Ski House!

We really enjoyed our stay. Property was as advertised and fit our needs perfectly for a final day of skiing and eclipse viewing. Excellent communication, and flexibility. Property had ample parking for our party with 3 vehicles.

Amazing stay, amazing hosts

Our stay at Sarah and Brent's place was absolutely perfect. The location is great. We were two families with kids and had more than enough space. Communication was a breeze and they were very accomodating when we wanted to extend our reservation. Thank you again fir everything!
