"This resort is second to none. I visited the spa during an overnight day from Friday to Saturday. Drove 3.5 hours from Atlanta and the drive was certainly worth it. The spa was very well organized. The spa staff was especially attentive and the experience was magical. The pool area of the spa is very picturesque, giving mountain oasis. "Ok as soon as I checked in I got a room where bathtub did not work ( my reservation was for garden tub room). Then moved to room , no tub. Moved again , no tub each time I was moved I had to get all of my own stuff and bring it to front desk. I finally (at 1030 pm) just moved back to my original room where they got tub working but only hot water. Room was never touched in 4 days. No new towels, no garbage emptied On my last day they accidentally locked me out of my room. I asked for...
