"Spacious room, despite the road noise. This room has a large balcony patio but no furniture to even enjoy it. The pull out couch is not what you may expect not a true pull out with mattress more of a foldout onto the floor. Upon check in we were told housekeeping every other day, but apparently that starts after 3 nights of stay??? Family of 4 in a room means you will likely run out of things and trash will accumulate. Seems like staff doesn’t really truly know housekeeping policy. Otherwise...

"The convenience at the location is good. Unfortunately, parking is $25 a day. Our room was just okay. It was a little musky. I would not sit on the couch. The bed was comfortable. The pillows were great. The toilet sits so low that it's almost impossible to get up once you sit on it! The bathroom lighting sucked. The TV was a little on the small side and too low. "Fantastic location, enormous bedroom and and bath. The bathroom had a soaker tub with separate shower, a huge vanity, a TV and a phone. Well priced with a wonderful staff and very prompt valet parking attendants. We wished there was a light breakfast included, but the restaurants around were very good."

It is incredibly noisy and after being woken up multiple times despite exhaustion, a sound machine, and a second ambient noise machine, I asked to be moved and considered myself lucky to be moved to the other side of the building on a low floor. I really should have just left. There is no elevator, no laundry, no coffee machine in the room. Items were not necessarily cleaned and I found old fruit in a bowl left...
