Nestled just steps from the serene shores of Table Rock Lake, our walk-in one-bedroom condo offers the perfect retreat for those seeking relaxation and adventure. Known as the "Bass Capital of the Ozarks," this location is ideal for prime fishing, swimming, or simply unwinding with a cold drink on your lake-view patio. The resort boasts newly updated outdoor amenities, including a pool, playground, and pickleball courts, as well as an indoor pool for year-round enjoyment.

Accommodations Designed for Comfort and Convenience

Inside your condo, you'll find everything you need for a delightful stay. The fully stocked kitchenette includes a complete set of cookware, a crockpot, microwave, and even an air fryer. A shared BBQ grill is conveniently located just outside the back door. Start your mornings at the coffee bar, equipped with an 8-cup coffee maker and an espresso machine, with coffee, tea, sweeteners, and creamers provided. The bathroom features a shower-tub combo, and we welcome housebroken adult pets, providing a large dog kennel for your convenience.

Restful Nights Await

We have meticulously designed the bedroom to ensure a restful night's sleep. The king bed is adorned with a new 4-inch memory foam topper and 600-thread-count Egyptian cotton sheets, complemented by blackout curtains, a Smart TV, an extra fan, and a sound machine. A sleeper chair/bed suitable for a child or small adult is also available. In the living room, the queen-size pull-out couch features a new luxury Cool Gel Memory Foam mattress, ensuring comfort for all guests. For your safety, the unit is equipped with a carbon monoxide alarm and hearing-impaired smoke and fire alarms.

Prime Location with Local Attractions

Guests love the convenience of our location, with a grocery store featuring an excellent full-service meat counter just across the street. Two new restaurants are open and offer Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner with lake vibes. Enjoy the local farmers market every Friday during the summer and free concerts every other Saturday starting in May at the resort entrance. The area offers a variety of local restaurants and numerous other attractions to enhance your stay.
