Comfort Inn & Suites Knoxville West
This hotel needs a renovation. Dark, dirty, musky. The lighting is bad, ventilation on bathroom non existent. Breakfast was not good either or visible - we weren’t sure where it was and no staff told us.

Westgate Smoky Mountain Resort & Water Park
Beautiful villas. Everyone is friendly. We will definitely go back. Except for one thing even tho it was clean the bathrooms need a little more cleaning there was a lot of hair.
