"The villa is beautiful and perfectly planned. The surroundings and views are spectacular. In mid october the pool was very cool (cooler than the Euboian gulf). Heating would have been very nice. The kitchen was well suited for cooking, but we missed a few utensils, for instance a pasta spoon. Also we had to buy toiletpaper, detergent and barbeque charcoal, which was difficult to find. The host had put a pet bottle of white wine on the table when we checked in. That was nice, but basic things...

Think ahead for food; we arrived on a Sunday in mid-May and all the markets and most of the restaurants were closed. "15 of us came out and stayed a week to celebrate a 60th birthday party. The drive out from Athens was smooth with some twisty mountain roads. The house was lovely and exactly as seen in the images. The view and the pool were everything we could hope for. We were disappointed the coast road north of the villa was closed and "may" be reopened sometime in 2025. "Het vakantiehuis is netjes en goed gelegen, op een groot terrein in het groen en zeer goed onderhouden. De zee is op wandelafstand, met parasol en ligzetels. Er is veel te bekijken in de buurt, Alexandros wijst je graag de weg! Alexandros is trouwens een superhost, zeer bereidwillig om te helpen en er voor te zorgen dat je verblijf onvergetelijk wordt. We hebben enorm genoten van een prachtige gezinsvakantie!"

"Really nice location very quiet and green with pine trees all around. The sea is very clean too. The property needs renovation. There are several loose cables and broken switches that are dangerous for children. Also there is a very loud compressor that starts up often and woke us up multiple times in the middle of the night. Overall the property doesn't justify the price but there's good potential with the right renovation. "
