"Excellent very accommodating staff "

"Had a wonderful stay at the Old Ground Hotel in Ennis. From the moment we arrived, everything felt welcoming and well looked after. The hotel is full of character, beautifully maintained, and the service was warm, professional, and attentive throughout. The absolute highlight of our stay was the resident cat—incredibly friendly and affectionate, always ready for a cuddle. It added such a special, heart-warming touch to an already lovely experience. "The staff were so welcoming, kind, thoughtful and truly magnificent. We were in Shannon for a dear friends funeral and while that was very difficult the staff made it so much easier. Carrygerry country house is so beautiful, it is cosy, the mattress and pillows were so comfortable and the room was spotless. Their attention to detail was second to none. I would stay here again in a heart beat, very well done to all the team, this is hospitality at its finest !! "

"From checki in to check out and in between was wonderful. The lovely woman at check in upgraded us to a larger room. (Silly Americans with large luggage) staff even helped tote our luggage’up and down the three flights of stairs. Hot delicious breakfast cooked to order each morning. Ashley and all of the staff were lovely and hospitable. Room was clean, bed comfortable, heater worked well. Room cleaning offered each day. Dinner was lovely and the Guiness and our first baby Guiness memorable....
