Great location in Sunrise Village. One of the few 2 bedroom units with bonus 3rd sleeping/living area, great for kids. Updated kitchen, baths, steam shower, floors, luxury memory foam mattresses and more! Our completely and thoughtfully renovated Sunrise trailside townhome is perfect for families or a couples getaway! 2 en-suite bedrooms, living/dining room + extra lower level family room with TV, sleeper sofa and futon. I have a personal site at GoSlopeside with all of my listings.

Premium location a few short steps and under 50 yards from the Sundog trail with distant mountain and ski trail views from balcony. Ski home for lunch and avoid the shuttles, base lodges and parking! Enjoy 4 seasons of Killington amenities and adventure from this townhome with 2 master suites, steam shower, fireplace, living room + separate family room, mountain views, free WIFI, HDTV and more. Sports center with pool, hot tubs, restaurant, ice skating, sledding, gym and lots more included at no charge for guests.

Located in the Sunrise Mountain Village, Killington's only true ski on ski off community, you'll enjoy an abundance of resort amenities and activities. Ski out the back of the condo to the easy green Sundog trail and down to the Sunrise triple chair (free access - no lift ticket required!), then up to Bear Mountain and access to Killington's six peaks. Ski home at lunch or the end of the day for a unique on-mountain experience, no vehicles, parking lots and hassle! Visit the commons for indoor plus outdoor pools, hot tub, steam room, gym or swing by Sunrise Cafe for lunch or dinner.

Sunrise lift is generally available for ski in/out from December holidays through Bear Mountain Mogul Challenge in early April.

The master has a king bed, television, dresser, skylight. Full bath located within bedroom.

2nd Bedroom:
Bunk bed + double bed, dressers, cable television, views. Full bath located within bedroom.

Parking is free and convenient.

Extensive free XC ski trails, snowshoeing and an ice skating pond are also available within Sunrise.

Summer and Fall at Sunrise
Sunrise Village at Killington is also a great place for a summer or fall foliage vacation! You can find many activities for all ages such as golfing at Green Mountain National or Killington's golf course; hiking at Pico, Killington, Deer's Leap, or the Long Trail; biking at Killington or Pico; swimming a short drive to either the Chittenden Dam, or Echo Lake; fishing in our nearby rivers such as the White River or Ottaquechee River; or have a fun day at the new Adventure Center with all season mountain coaster, lift served biking, ropes course, zip line and more! Private amenities such as an outdoor pool, tennis courts and the Falls Brook Common Clubhouse which offers an indoor pool, hot tub, steam room, fitness center and wi-fi internet. Killington also operates the K1 gondola for great sight seeing or downhill mountain biking!

Great Stay

The stay was amazing. We didn’t have the ski in/out capabilities because it was earlier in the season but the home is just a few minutes from the bear mountain lodge. Nicely furnished and clean. The host is very quick to respond and answer any questions we had. Conditions were absolutely amazing while we were there.

Beware of Unit Location

The unit was described as "Luxe" - the kitchen and master steam shower have been nicely updated, but the rest of the unit is somewhat dated. Although the description says "ski in, ski out during holiday season"; this is very weather dependent, so it was not open the 3rd week of Dec; and doubtful it was open for Christmas week due to insufficient snow. The unit is near Bear Mountain, a very challenging slope; not a green / blue slope. The unit is also approximately 10 minutes on a winding and steep road from Snowshed and K1 lifts; and can be tricky in icy road conditions. The unit is a short drive to the Sunrise gym and pool, but note it closes at 430pm from Mon to Thursdays; and stays open later on the weekends only. Ryan (owner) was very responsive in our dealings with him.

Prime location for beginning skiiers

Excellent ski on/ski off location. Trail is an easy green as described in listing. It was my 7 year olds 2nd time skiing and my first time in > 10 yrs, and we easily navigated Sun Dog Trail to the triple lift. We went at the very end of the season so the hours in the community center where pool/hot tub/gym is located were reduced, but still accessible. Steam shower in master bathroom is awesome after a day on the slopes.

Great condo for one last ski trip!

Awesome condo very well appointed with clear instructions. Wonderful couple of days hitting Superstar moguls and enjoying the pool. Owner was amazing and very helpful. We will be back!

Great Location

We had a wonderful stay at sunrise. The house was clean and master bed was super comfy!! We loved the trail on the property- we rode our bikes to the pool and back! It was a short car ride to the killington bike park which was our reason for visiting! We can’t wait to go back in the winter for some riding! We would definitely rent this place again if available.

Decent overall stay

Overall it was okay. I was able to add more days on on a very short notice which I was very thankful for. We added the days before even checking in. The bedrooms were spacious. Kitchen/living room/dinning room was smaller and tight compared to the pictures. The kitchen isn’t very well stocked with supplies and everything needed washed prior to use. I would get stuff out of the cabinet and there would literally be junk all over it. So I had to do loads of dishes before using anything. There’s some holes in the walls in the entry area. There was also a very noticeable beeping the entire stay (3 nights) that I made the owner aware of the first night when we got there and nothing was done about it. Overall it was a good stay, tons of room for a lot of people to sleep if you have a large group. Just needs some attention.

Better for skiing

We were there for leaf peeping and a vintage mart at fairgrounds. This place is far up the mountain and the roads are not lit! The place was fine but we should have checked location better and the three flights of stairs was hard for us. I will check these details more next time! Comfortable unit.

First time renting through vrbo

We enjoyed our stay it was our first time renting. We will certainly be doing this again and probably never getting a hotel again. It’s just so much better than being in a hotel. It’s nice having a kitchen, extra space etc. Ryan the owner was very helpful and quick to respond.

Family time!

Perfect spot to stay for a small family wedding in nearby Killington. Owner was so communicative during booking, planning, and said he would remain available for any needs during our stay. The spot was perfect; clean and comfortable. Would def book again!
