  • Welcome to Valley Park, a comfortable and affordable mountain retreat just minutes from Killington Resort. This inviting two-bedroom condominium comfortably accommodates up to six guests and is the perfect home base for families and small groups looking to enjoy Vermont's year-round outdoor adventures.

    Conveniently located just five miles from Killington Ski Resort and only a short drive from the Skyeship Gondola, Valley Park offers easy access to skiing, snowboarding, hiking, mountain biking, golf, and everything the Killington area has to offer.

    The main level features a cozy living room with a wood-burning fireplace, a Smart TV for streaming your favorite shows, and comfortable seating for relaxing after a day on the mountain. The fully equipped kitchen includes an electric stove, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, and all the essentials needed to prepare meals during your stay. The dining area comfortably seats six, and complimentary Wi-Fi is available throughout the condo.

    Upstairs, the primary bedroom features a queen bed and a television for added comfort. The second bedroom is ideal for families or children, offering a bunk bed with a twin over full configuration plus an additional twin bed. A full bathroom completes the upper level.

    Whether you're planning a ski weekend, summer getaway, or fall foliage vacation, Valley Park offers the perfect combination of comfort, value, and a convenient Killington location for your next Vermont escape.

    Things to note:

    • Our property has a no-smoking policy. No smoking of any kind is allowed. There could be an additional cleaning fee if smoking in the unit.
    • Our property is not pet-friendly. Additional housekeeping fees could apply if unauthorized pets are found on the property.
    • Minimum of 24 years of age to rent this condo.
    • Firewood is provided for your convenience.

Great location Quirky Can’t beat the location - 10 min to Killington, 15 to Pico, 30 to Ludlow AND Rutland.Downstairs (lr, kit, dining) is good. Two beds and 1 bath upstairs could use updating. Beds were pretty hard, pillows like pancakes (fine, of course, if you like ‘em like that), and the bathroom was giving best of golden girls (Blanche would have loved the wallpaper and blue semi-shag carpet).We had one small issue but the prop mgr was very quick to respond. Thanks for that!Ski places are always a little quirky- we expect that - but quirky no sleep :(

Clean, simple, comma but dated

Perfect size for a family of 4, property had everything you need, about a 10 minute drive to each of the mountain bases. Property was clean but very dated with peeling wallpaper in the bathroom, older rugs and wood paneling. Walls were thin upstairs so you could hear everything in the next room and the pipes creaked on and off throughout the night. Because it's a good value, would stay there again, just don't expect fancy

Lovely little place, convenient to slopes

We had a great visit. Although the house is small it's very cozy and well-kept. It was clean and well supplied. The fireplace and easy access to firewood was very nice after a day on the slopes. Thanks for a great visit!

Awesome Property!

We were so happy with this rental. The check-in process was seamless. They called us early to let us know the unit was ready. The property was immaculate! They had very helpful instructions and information about the area readily available. We loved the location due to the fact that some friends live in the area, but it is off the access road. We loved the layout of the condo units- they form a little courtyard where kids can play. We would definitely rent again!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo unit was easy to find, check in was simple, even after hours. The location is very quiet- it’s in a small complex of units. The unit was clean and decently outfitted. Only downside was the master bed was only a full size, and the mattress was firmer than we prefer. Other than that, it was perfect for our mini vacation.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our stay at this place. It was clean and well kept, but definitely a little expensive. Our one big issue is that the toilet was not flushing properly, we had to remove the lid and reach into the tank in order to flush the toilet.
