Beautiful year round location!

Fabulous, private location in the heart of Killington, just minutes to the lifts and even closer to all the restaurants, bars, markets, delis and ski/snowboard shops that the Access Road has to offer.

Excellent internet and cell phone service.

This 3,000 sqft chalet sits on a 1 acre lot at the end of a cul-de-sac, giving privacy year round and with exceptional winter views of Killington Peak.

MAIN LEVEL
Updated kitchen/dining room fully equipped with dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, plenty of pots, pans, dishes, glassware, stainless steel appliances granite work tops and seating at island as well as dining table.
Spacious living room with flat screen smart TV, new gas fireplace and seating 8 comfortably.
Shower room.
Generous primary bedroom with renovated en-suite bathroom and closet.
There is a large deck accessible from the living room, with outdoor table, chairs and BBQ and offering gorgeous views south towards Killington Peak.
Also on this level laundry room with full size washer and dryer.

UPPER LEVEL
Two further bedrooms and a shared bathroom. One room has a queen bed, the other, bunk beds and a king, which can be separated to two twins. Small deck off both bedrooms with south facing views to Killington Peak.

LOWER LEVEL
Large family room with 70" screen smart TV and sound system, brand new sectional sofa and full size futon.
Mud room giving safe storage space for skis/snowboards/mountain bikes/wet gear!
Walkout through mud-room into the garden.

IMPORTANT: Please note that during the winter season, all-wheel drive vehicles are required.

Perfect!

What a great gem we found! Family of 7 visiting Killington for our first time. Lucy’s house was perfect for us. Plenty of room for everyone, clean, cozy beds, well stocked kitchen. We brought our ski gear and food and were set to go!Snowshed lodge is about a 5 min drive away. Multiple restaurants within a 1-2 minute drive. Location is perfect.Quick response for any questions.Lucy is an excellent host - we will be back for sure!

Perfect Ski House

Great house and location - just a few minutes drive to the Killington resort and restaurants, making skiing with friends very easy. House was perfect for our group (3 couples) and had all the amenities we needed. Highly recommend booking!!!

Great Family Ski Weekend

We just returned from our family ski weekend. The house was perfect for my family of 8. A very well appointed kitchen with plenty of space. The main floor living room with a fireplace was a warm and cozy place to enjoy football and board games. The beds and sheets were super comfy! Being able to bring our dog was such a blessing! She loved the snow! Would highly recommend!

Perfect family winter vacation

My family and I stayed at this house during Christmas vacation. The house is just gorgeous and the views of the mountain are stunning! The first thing I noticed was how clean the house was! I usually bring cleaning products with me to any place we stay at but it was not necessary this time! I felt at ease and comfortable and so did my family and dogs! If you’re looking for the perfect mountain getaway look no further than this beautiful home!

Best family Vacation!!

This was hands down the best host I have ever encountered. Incredibly accommodating and so responsive. The property was well appointed right down to the nice soap and towels in each bathroom. It felt like you were staying at a family members home. We did lots of cooking and grilling and had everything we needed. Couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. We didn’t want to leave and look forward to another trip! Thinking already about when we can come again next. Thank you so much!

Awesome week!

We just got back from our stay and already are planning to go back again next winter! Check in process was so easy and everything that we normally have to bring was already there, hand soaps, toilet paper, towels, sheets even down to the spices. When they say everything you need is there they aren’t kidding! Lucy was super easy to get in touch with and always responded very quickly. The beds were all very comfy and so was all the pillows/bedding. Very close to Killington and spacious enough for our 2 families (4 adults and 3 kids). The house was all updated but still keeping the older charm which was perfect!

Great Ski House!!!

Booked this property for a holiday ski trip with family! House was perfect, super clean and updated. Smart TV's to watch shows when we were not out skiing or eating. The location is also what makes this home so great. Right off the access rd for a quick ride to the base lodges in the am, and a short ride to drinks and dinner out after a long day of skiing. The owner was very responsive any time I had a question. Looking forward to booking this place in the future for another ski trip to Killington.

Lovely Location for Leafing

The house was wonderful. Very clean and well-equipped for the four of us. We never used the basement level as the main living room was so comfortable with a gas fireplace and ample seating. The location allowed easy access to VT100 for leafing and ample access to restaurants in close proximity. Lucy provided us with all the check-in information needed prior to arriving and included a complete notebook on the operation of everything in the house. I would recommend this house to family and friends.

Excellent MTB house

Would highly recommend staying at this beautiful house just minutes away from Killington mountain. The whole experience was excellent and the communication with the owner was impeccable. Vermont Summer Fun

This immaculately clean and beautifully well-stocked property was the perfect home base for a week's worth of Vermont fun. We hiked up Killington, poked around the shops in Woodstock, kayaked at nearby Chittenden Reservoir, explored local waterfalls, and much more. The home is perfect for a family group. Big kitchen table for family dinners and game nights; every kitchen tool and appliance you might need; crisp, clean linens and towels; two large, comfortable family rooms; a lovely front yard flower garden; ample parking; and convenient location. Highly recommend!

Wonderful in every way!

There is no negative about this house. It has the perfect set back location, yet it is close to EVERYTHING. The house is immaculate and very spacious. We look forward to renting again!
