Breakfast was gourmet and included in our booking! We also had dinner on the Blackthorn which again was fabulous and the aged prime rib, potatoes with home garlic aoli was 5 star worthy!! Way to go staff of The Twelve!"

"First time staying in Galway, hotel location was great, just a short walk to downtown area or plenty of taxis to take you (front desk can make reservations for you). The staff at the front desk were great, very helpful and friendly."

"Pretty decent stay all around! Loved the food at the restaurant and the staff were pretty good. We ended up in one of the apartment suites which made it hard to get any supplies but otherwise it was a good stay and very central!"
