"The shower head is fixed to wall above shower screen doors,so when you take a shower the head of shower was spraying everywhere which I didn’t realise it was wetting my clothes that I was putting on and wash bag.this was room 105 I told them this but poor apology. I bet this will not be fixed "

"We arrived a little early to this magnificent property. We were welcomed in to the beautiful sitting room to wait for our room to be ready. Such lovely helpful staff, and so friendly and welcoming. The room was amazing, and we also spent time in the sitting room in the evening, playing cards with the fire kindly lit for our benefit. This is a little piece of the history, well worth a stay to experience it."

"Room was amazing and the place had such a personality - in such a good location overall, SO close the everything. The gentleman who worked there served us such lovely coffee and breakfast in the morning. 10/10 would recommend to anyone coming to Derry!"

"Very nice, new, modern hotel. The staff is super helpful. I shorted out the outlet plugs in the room, and the staff was able to fix the issue quite quickly. Also, the wifi is super fast. I was able to do a Zoom meeting with no issues. I would stay here again. Great location."

"The hotel is centrally located in the city of Derry with large clean modern rooms. The bar is essentially the pub next door, which is quite busy. There aren't any real hotel amenities eg lobby or gym, so i did find it tricky without room servi e late at night. Nonetheless in normal hours it is great and comfortable place to stay."

"Entrance and reception were very nice, large car park, staff were lovely and helpful. We had the continental breakfast which was very good. What let's the hotel down is the rooms which are in need of some refurbishment. The bathroom was ok but bedroom had old fashioned well worn furniture and there was a stale musty smell in the room but this could have been stale cigarette smoke as there were cigarette butts outside the window."
