  • 🔋⚡️New amenity- EV charger!!!

    The Urban Boutique beach house is centrally located in a quiet neighborhood in Kill Devil Hills. The property is within 1 mile walking distance to the beach (~ 15-20 min walk). We prefer to drive to the there. There are multiple public beach accesses where you can park free of charge.

    Urban Boutique is a few blocks away from the scenic Bay Drive. We love watching sunsets at one of the gazebos or at the boat ramp.

    The bay drive has a hidden pathway that leads to the First Flight Memorial (~ 2 mile bike ride).

    Urban Boutique is located within walking/biking distance from the beach, movies, Front porch Cafe, Target, Belk shopping center and Publix. *you have to cross the highway to get to the beach, however there is a safe crosswalk on the way.

    The property is a 3 bedroom/2 bath beach box with a specious play room/hang out area downstairs and a laundry room. An outdoor lounge + a faced in backyard. A covered porch on the 2nd floor is a perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee.

    The property has plenty of parking space (up to 4 vehicles).

    The living room has an a 60in TV. There is another TV downstairs in a family room. No cable, but feel free to use fire stick with your personal account. ***Netflix is on us!

    We will provide basic necessities:
    -Kitchen (paper towels, salt, pepper, some spices, sugar, cooking spray, olive oil, a stick of butter, tea, coffee and some snacks)
    -Bathrooms (hand soap, shampoo, body wash, towels, hairdryer x1)
    -Bedrooms (bed sheets)
    -iron and an ironing board

    We encourage to bring your own bikes, kayaks, paddle boards, jet ski to fully experience what OBX has to offer!!!

    We will provide you with a list of our favorite places & restaurants to visit.

A quiet spot in the Hustle Bustle

We had a quick getaway weekend with family coming from Richmond. This home was a perfect sanctuary away from the crowds. Well-anointed and very comfortable, it provides perfect spaces for everyone. A quick drive to the beach or a nice stroll to the bay side, it’s a great homebase for your next visit to KDH.

Wonderful Experience!

Each one of us adored this home and our stay there. We took a homeschool trip to visit the Wright Brothers Memorial, and this was the perfect home for us to rest and play. Our 5 yr. old said he liked that bed better than his new bunk bed, and thought we should just stay there forever. lol!

Amazing stay! Felt like home

This was a last minute booking and Sasha was as a great host! We didn’t have any issues. The kitchen was so perfect we made several meals :) the location is absolutely perfectly in the middle of everything. Less than five minutes to Publix or food lion. Ten minutes to home goods, petsmart and tj maxx. 20ish minutes to the closest lighthouse. Many great restaurants close by We drove to the beach but it was nice. The Public entrances have showers in most of them so you can rinse before you get in the car. We would definitely love to stay here again

Wonderful

The blue beach house was so comfortable for my family and friends. The house was very clean! The fridge had stuff for breakfast, beer and snacks for when we checked in. We felt right at home and would def come back. We really liked all of the decorations and moderne touches! Sasha was the best host!

Amazing decor

We loved our stay at the blue house. Everyone, adults and kids, loved how the house was decorated. Everything is very updated with great taste. The check-in process was great too. I received a lot of compliments from my wife for choosing this property. She even sent videos of the interior to her family/friends.

Super Cute and comfy

This house was perfect for our girlfriends' weekend. We had a great time and all lounging spots seemed custom built for us from the balcony where we had welcome champagne and light snacks, to the living room for a late night chat sesh and the flex space which we wanted to keep available for a possible last minute guest addition. We were primarily in OBX to attend a wedding so we had limited time for the beach which is a bike ride or drive from the house. The upstairs twin beds would be more comfortable for kids, and were a little tight for tall people but the flex space compensated easily. I highly recommend and frankly I'm usually a pretty tough customer!
