    Sandy Paws is a dog friendly open space in the Bermuda Bay community. Enjoy a quiet and peaceful atmosphere with quick and easy access to all of central OBX and the beach.

    Highlights Include:

    - Dog and Kid Friendly
    - Private townhome that sleeps up to 8
    - 3 minute drive to the beach, closest beach access has public parking, accessible beach ramp, showers, and a bath house
    - Community only Mini-Water Park with water slide, splash deck, and lazy river!!!
    - Community center with pool table, gym, and big screen TV
    - Community only Sound pier with water access and gorgeous sunset views
    - Keyless entry with private code
    - Wifi and Smart TV's

    Starting on the top floor, our home has a private master bedroom with king size bed and memory foam mattress, seating area, and en-suite bathroom.

    The third floor features a large open living room, full kitchen with bar and table seating, 6 person dining room table, half bath, large Smart tv, bluetooth Bose speaker, outdoor deck with table and chairs overlooking the clubhouse and pool area.

    The second floor has a second master bedroom with king size bed and memory foam mattress and en-suite bathroom. A third bedroom with bunk beds and pull out trundle bed with its own en-suite bathroom.
    Yes, all three bedrooms have their own private bathrooms!!
    Also on this floor is the laundry area with a washer and dryer.

    All new LVP flooring in all living spaces and hallways.

    The ground floor features a spacious garage with air hockey table, foosball table, and poker table. The main parking area is a space in front of the home and a reserved spot in the parking lot. There is parking available in the garage as well. There is plenty of open area around the house for walking and playing with your pets.

    Included in the home for your use are:
    Two sets of golf clubs
    Cornhole set
    Beach chairs with rolling cart
    One adult sized bicycle
    One medium sized bicycle
    Extra Large Dog Crate
    Beach cart, beach toys, and boogie boards.

    One of best parts of the Cambridge Cove community is access to the bike paths and trails in the area. The Wright Brothers Memorial is a 2 minute bike ride away. The area also has quick access to the Butterfly Garden and Arboretum, Turtle Pond, and a Disc Golf Course.

Everything was just as advertised. We had a great stay with our kids and pup. Multiple excursions were within walking distance which was nice and they even had a book full of recommendations. We all enjoyed every bit of our stay and will most likely use them again!

Perfect for us!

It was such a great experience! It was clean, welcoming, and a perfect distance from the beach and the local attractions. The kids loved the small waterpark! You could not ask for a better host/lodging.

Perfect place for a family vacation

Me and my family stayed for a week long vacation. We had a great time during our stay, the splash park/ pool is a huge benefit to staying here. The location is very quite with many activities and places to eat. We would definitely stay here again!

Family vacation

Very enjoyable stay at Bermuda Bay townhouse. House was clean and well decorated. TVs with streaming. Fully equipped kitchen. My kids loved the air hockey. The pool is great for all ages with the water slides, shallow end, lazy river, and multiple seating areas in the pool. Quick easy drive to beach.

The house was convenient to all of the shore sights and activities. It accommodated six of us really well, and the kids loved the bunk beds. It gave everyone enough privacy!

We loved the place. Great and safe neighborhood. Close to many great restaurants. A lot of stairs to climb but as long as you are ready for that - no problems. Everything you need for a wonderful stay has been provided.

Good location near the Wright Brothers Memorial and not far from the beach. The pool was great for the kids. I had no issues communicating with the hosts.

Great stay!

We had a great stay at Sandy Paws! Despite some cruddy weather, we found plenty to do in the surrounding area! Matt was a great host and was very response! Definitely recommend and will return!

We were celebrating a milestone birthday with a girls weekend. We had a great stay. The property was lovely and just as pictured. The host was awesome. The house was pet friendly and the little touches were great. Our stay was just what we needed. We would go back again in a second!

Terrific Beach House!

We stayed for the week with our 2 grown children, their spouses, and their babies. This home was walking distance to the community pool which was perfect for the babies, as it has an area for them to sit and splash in the water. The beach was only a few minutes car ride, which was very nice. Overall, we loved the townhouse. It was clean and a perfect space for our family. We’ll definitely be back!

Wonderful

We stayed for 4 amazing days! Beach 2 block away tucked back enough that we saw deer every day cross right under our balcony! Matt & Kristi are amazing hosts. Not one problem with the property. Will be back again very soon!

Amazing Vacation

Overall would 10/10 recommend. The family loved the pool and location, including the near by skate park. The dogs loved it and were super happy to join us on vacation vs staying at a kennel. Very spacious and well equipped condo. The oven needs to be cleaned because when you use it, it sets off the smoke detector, but other than that small issue, it was perfect. We would 100% book again. THANKS
