We couldn't think of one improvement for this condo. The place was immaculate when we arrived. Very inviting, comfy, and well stocked. We had everything needed to make a few meals while there. They even had birthday candles, so I was able to blow out a candle for my birthday while I was there. We thoroughly enjoyed the long weekend at this diamond in the rough. We will be back!

The hosts were great with availability whenever we had a question. Upon arrival the place was very clean and welcoming. The decor was very nice and we appreciated that it was not overcrowded with furniture and items. It allowed space in each room so that it did not feel crammed or tight. It had a good selection of kitchen items for preparing meals and baking. The many extras in case something was forgotten were appreciated.

Chris was amazing and attentive. Condo was absolutely beautiful. No need to look any further. This is the place you are going to want to stay and you will fall in love with. Me and my husband had the best time in Kill Devil Hills for a Valentines weekend getaway. They really did think of everything to make this condo perfect! We can’t wait to come back in the future!

This gem of a place was perfect. Unobstructed ocean views with a great deck. The bed was comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped. We enjoyed the complimentary coffee left by our host. Chris and Karen were available for any questions and were very accommodating.

This has been one of the best places we’ve stayed at in the OBX! The beautiful oceanfront view from the balcony was so much better than we can describe. Everything and then some was provided. There is an amazing private beach access walkway along with a seating area and a rinse area for sand, pool, game room, fitness area, cornhole area, table tennis area, and they have luggage carts that made it so much easier with our luggage. We came for our 10 year wedding anniversary for a long weekend without our kiddos. It was perfect and definitely recommend this beautiful condo.

This is the best rental I ever stayed in. The place is extremely clean and well stocked. Everything provided is of high quality. Perfect Family Vacay

The property exceeded our expectations. It was homey, comfortable, and had an authentic beach house feel. There were so many small touches and accommodations that made us feel right at home. From the coffee service, to the games for game night, and the beach chairs and umbrella made our stay so fun and comfortable. The access to the private beach was so easy. We will definitely look to stay at this property again.

Oceanfront Gem!

Traveling to the Outer Banks is what my family and I look forward to every year. Having a place to stay that is comfortable and clean as well as good hosts to communicate with it very important to us. The listing is exactly what it looks to be and the view of the beach is even better than the pictures provided. We enjoyed our stay here and will remember it for our trip back next year!

Wonderful getaway
