Welcome to "Ocean Sky"! This top-floor condo with cathedral ceilings has excellent panoramic ocean views, and with the mirrored wall, you can view it from all angles. The owners of "Ocean Sky" have provided an extensive DVD collection, with more than 100 movies, with HDTV added for your enjoyment. The kitchen also has upgraded kitchenware including a Keurig for the coffee lover. This 2-bedroom condo has 2 queen beds, with a queen sleep sofa. Free WIFI.

This property provides 1Gig internet with enough bandwidth to support multiple users simultaneously streaming HD/4K/8K video, gaming online, and downloading large files

Very relaxing

Overall, nice condo and great area to be in. The only small complaint I have is about the TV in the living room space. It is not intuitive to use so I wasn't able to use that TV - had to use the TV in the bedrooms. Other than that, the stay was very pleasant

Birthday get away

My husband and I always spend a week in the Outerbanks to celebrate our birthdays. This visit was the best yet! The condo had exceptional views, was comfortable and quiet. Within walking distance of several great restaurants as well. We are ready to book again for next year!!

Condo in Kill Devil Hills

Overall, this was a good pick. My only issues are if you say it sleeps up to 6, towels needed to be provided for up to that. We came from the west coast...5 in our family. My son was on the sleeper sofa, yet no bath towel provided? That is a little silly for the amount of money we paid. Similarily, although I was aware of it, it seems pretty stingy not to at least provide some hand soap in the bathrooms. The first thing on my mind after a 6 hour flight and 3.5 hour drive is not to run to the store and buy hand soap. The tv system also needs to be updated. The family room has 4 remotes and no directions were left. I'm very savy with tvs etc. and we just wanted to stream Netflix but it wouldn't allow it. Those are the negatives. Beautiful location.

Great location and beach!

Overall the rental was as advertised and we had a great stay. The beach was definitely a highlight as we had no problem with finding a somewhat secluded area for our family. Meaning, people were not stacked on top of one another. The only reason for reading this at four out of five is that some maintenance needs to be done. For example, the toilet in the master bedroom ran constantly unless you remove the cover and receded the plunger stop. Also, the shower faucet needs to be replaced. There is no physical stop to shut water off. Meaning you need to find just the right position for water to stop. Again, it was nice and was for the most part, as advertised. The call out here regarding the maintenance is in the spirit of continuous improvement. We would stay again.

Right on the Beach

We had a really nice stay. The unit is super comfortable and was very clean. The storage locker in the parking area was great for not having to drag all the beach stuff up to the room and get sand everywhere. Location is good, right on the beach with a handful of restaurants within walking distance and a bunch of other conveniences a very short drive away.

Amazing location and hospitality! Only thing I would change or fix would be the sliding door(hard to open) and screens (kept getting stuck and coming off track).

Beautiful property rental

Lovely to have beds made upon arrival. Property was immaculate and well stocked. Views were amazing. We had a lovely time with our two grandchildren. The storage locker for our beach supplies was a great bonus. Short walk to beach was great. Pool and hot tub were fabulous when we could use it.

Great Apartment with a beautiful view over the beach

This was a great base for our family of 4 with two teenagers. The apartment is well equipped and beautifully decorated with a large balcony overlooking the beach and the Atlantic. There are a couple of nice restaurants within a very short walk a wider variety if you walk about 20 to 30 minutes (or drive for 5 minutes). The complex is well equipped with a Gym, pool and hot tub and direct beach access. Great to be able to relax on the Balcony and watch the teenagers hang out on the beach/waves. The only feature that some may not like is that the bedrooms have no external windows however that is more than made up for by the view from the open concept dining/living area. Highly recommended.

Spectacular property

The view was spectacular as was the ability to hear the ocean all day & night. The condo was exactly as pictured and well stocked with dishes, glasses, pots & pans. Ability to communicate with First Flight Rental group was excellent. Condo was relatively quiet and the walk to the beach was easy even for my sister who has knee issues. Will definitely like to stay again.

Incredible views!

We stayed here in early November 2020 and everything was perfect! The location is amazing, the check in directions were super clear, and the property is beautiful and clean, exactly as described. The ocean views are magnificent and the pictures don’t do it justice!! The kitchen is well stocked with basically every appliance and tool you need, and laundry in the unit is a huge plus. The complex is very clean and quiet, and very well maintained. We enjoyed the hot tub and easy access to the beach! We can’t wait to make staying at this beautiful property an annual tradition.
