Welcome to Coast Time by KEES Vacations!

Croatan Surf Club will make you feel like you are at your own private, exclusive resort, with both indoor and outdoor community pools for year-round enjoyment. That combined with the great views, and you won't want to leave! You will be staying in a 2-Bedroom, 3-Bathroom, two-level condo just steps from the beach, convenient for a morning or evening beach walk and perhaps (if you're up early enough!) the opportunity to catch a beautiful Outer Banks sunrise over the ocean! This property is right in the heart of Kill Devil Hills, close to shopping, restaurants, nightlife, and the Wright Brothers Monument.

The second level is where you will find yourself enjoying the lovely living space which includes a large sectional, expandable dining table, modern kitchen with bar stool seating, and a full bathroom. Right off of the living space is a deck with plenty of seating for enjoying your morning coffee or an after-dinner beverage. On those chillier nights, feel free to use the electric fireplace to warm you up or just use it for ambiance. (The remote is in the unit and is needed to operate the fireplace.)

The expansive first level includes two King En Suites at opposite ends of the hallway (providing plenty of privacy) as well as a washer and dryer. Both of the King Bedrooms have access to the large, private decks allowing you to roll out of bed, step outside and enjoy the smell of fresh, ocean air!

The outdoor oceanfront pools and secluded/rejuvenating spa, kiddie pool, and outdoor playground are sure to please all. At the Croatan Surf Club, you will also be able to enjoy an indoor community pool and spa which is open all year round! Other amenities include an exercise room and a BBQ grill area for the grill masters in the group.

**Private outdoor community pools and/or waterpark play areas are available, weather permitting, beginning on Memorial Day and close after Labor Day. Please know that pool operating dates are subject to change at any point, for any reason.**

**Indoor Community Pools are available all year round from 8am to 8pm.  Please know that indoor pool operating dates are subject to change at any point, for any reason.**

Check-In begins at 4pm. Your keyless entry code will begin granting access at this time.
Check-Out is 10am.

Exceptionally clean, excellent communication with host. Plenty of room for 4 adults. View was not a direct view of ocean, as it is a side unit. However, you can definitely hear the waves. Love the decks & the view from the Oceanside board walk is beautiful! Pools & hot tubs are great! No beach for us this time as a Nor’Easter was coming in (double red flag days) We have stayed at this complex before, this unit is exceptional. So much to do & see. Huge dining options. Hope to return!

Clean, Spacious Condo Stay

We enjoyed this condo during April with our two teenagers. It was as pictured, very spacious and clean. The overall property is great - and our family especially enjoyed the private access to the beach and the outdoor pool/hot tub area. Outdoor pool area was very relaxing! The section of the beach was pretty, clean, and easy to use. Nice to have the indoor pool access for rainy days. Condo location had quick access to grocery stores and things to do, without the immediate street not being too loud or busy. Property outside was well maintained and very pretty. Parking was easy, especially once we realized there was no specific spot required. A few things to note - for a family stay some basic needed items were lacking. For example, only one trash bag for the whole week wasn't practical. We also liked the access to charcoal grills, but there were no grill tools. Pots and pans were limited as well. Families planning to use the condo property more than go out may want to bring a few extra things. Additionally, in other rentals we are used to there being information inside the condo about expectations around cleaning, trash, check out procedures, etc. While we got some of that via text, other things we had to figure out on our own (including the code for the pools and beach areas) and the hours of different common spaces on the property. Would be great if that information could be easily found in the condo.

Great Location/ Terrible Communication

I had to wait outside of the condo with an infant and 9 year old after a long trip for a decent amount of time because our code/ codes didn’t work. They gave us no welcome letter or email. Just a short text. We never got the pool code. Never got access to a WiFi password. There was a parking garage with numbered spaces - what space is ours? Where do we park? Will we get towed? The floors were dirty. Couch cushions with the pull out were dirty. Luckily the location and weather were Terrific!

Beautiful condo

After a small hiccup with the door code that was rectified quickly, we thoroughly enjoyed this beautiful and clean condo. Plenty of space and right on the beach. I would definitely recommend this condo and plan on visiting again.
