The main level includes a well-appointed eat-in kitchen with seating for 4, plus 4 counter height barstools, and access to the sunroom for the ultimate in relaxation and serenity.

Also on the main level are two bedrooms, one with a king bed, the other a queen, both accessing the full hall bathroom. Upstairs, you’ll find a king en suite, featuring gorgeous sunset and canal views. Retire for the evening enjoying the kaleidoscope of colors only an OBX sunset can provide.

Enjoy fishing or crabbing or try a variety of water activities right off the private dock. Or simply relax, soak up the sun or enjoy the stars in the canalfront seating area.

Colington Harbour also offers boat ramp access, so you can cruise the canals or hit the sound for a fun-filled day on the water!
