  • ¿Estás planeando tus vacaciones OBX? Esta casa tiene todo lo que necesitas para relajarte en el lujo y pasar un buen rato con estilo.
    Estamos ubicados justo después del post de 6 millas en Kill Devil Hills en una parte estrecha de la isla. Es un corto paseo hasta el hermoso sonido donde puedes pasear, andar en bicicleta o correr por el sendero a lo largo de Bay Drive. Si está buscando algo de tiempo en la playa y diversión en las olas, es un paseo aún más corto hacia el océano. Cuando regrese, la ducha al aire libre eliminará la arena.
    Estamos ubicados cerca de los restaurantes y tiendas locales favoritos, putt putt golf, así como de varias tiendas de comestibles.
    Los huéspedes tendrán acceso a toda la casa que incluye:
    -Una sala de entretenimiento a nivel del suelo con minibar, refrigerador, mesa de futbolín y baño completo.
    -un espacio principal en el segundo piso con una cocina completamente equipada y una mesa de comedor para el asiento 8, una hermosa sala de estar con chimenea a gas y TV de 60 ", un porche, medio baño y un dormitorio con 1 cama queen, lavandería con Lavadora y secadora grandes.
    -El tercer piso cuenta con un amplio dormitorio principal con una cama king size, sala de estar y baño en suite, un dormitorio con cama grande, un dormitorio con 2 camas individuales y un baño en el pasillo.
    -Tenemos un pase de estacionamiento disponible para nuestros inquilinos en un estacionamiento cercano frente al mar.
    -Tenemos toallas y sillas de playa para aligerar su carga al empacar el automóvil para viajar.
    -Cada dormitorio y sala de estar está equipada con un ventilador de techo.

We had a great time at this house. The property was well kept, love the wraparound porch, and it was close to the beach. Host was responsive and very helpful.

Nice Vacation rental

This home was completely furnished and very clean. The host were excellent and very helpful with information about the area and places to visit. Definitely recommend this home.

We had a group of 8 adults on a friend trip to the OBX and had a fantastic time! The house was beautiful and exactly as advertised. We even had a surprise visitor in the mornings, a little tuxedo kitty, and it just made our days. Karen and Thierry were very good with communicating when we needed them and gave a few food spots to try. The beach chairs at the house were a great help too. We would absolutely recommend staying here to anybody and if we come back to OBX, we'd rebook here.

Family Vacation

The place was very comfortable for us. Well stocked, Good location, loved the outside play area for the kids and appreciated the communication. Also, while I can’t speak for every bedroom, the bed in the master was very comfortable!

Fantastic spot!!

The house is exactly as pictured, absolutely beautiful, with all of the amenities!! The location was perfect, we were able to drive around the Outer Banks and found this to be a great home away from home. We how to go back again!

Kill Devil Hills Beach House

We had the pleasure of staying mid July and had a wonderful experience. The homeowners were very efficient and helpful with any questions or concerns. We had everything we needed and plenty of space. The home was very clean and beautifully decorated. Highly recommend for future guests.

Wonderful Stay

We loved staying here. It was close to a lot of things. Really loved fishing and playing pinball at the pier. The house was great for my family of 3 and our friends family of 4. The hosts were very communicative and very helpful and answered all my questions. We really did have a wonderful time.

Relaxed and rested

We had a wonderful stay at Sea La Vie! Our whole family enjoyed the home, it was clean and comfortable and very cutely decorated. The parking pass for the beach was so convenient. The communication from the owners was detailed which was much appreciated. We all wished we could have stayed longer.

Perfect little place!

This is the perfect beach house on the sound side! Super close to the beach and in a very convenient location. Walking distance to Target, Coffee, beach stores and restaurants. Very clean and cozy on the inside with a beautiful wrap around porch. I would recommend this house over and over again!!!

We were a group of 8 and absolutely loved our stay! The house more than comfortably fit our group with room to spare plus the decor made us quickly feel right at home! The neighborhood was walkable and the access to private beach parking was a huge bonus. The owners were very communicative and answered any and all questions very promptly and were happy to give recommendations for the area. We all highly recommend!!

Ooh la la! Sea La Vie!

This vacation home turned out to be nicer than advertised. As soon as we walked in we absolutely loved all the spaces. Everything was clean, tidy, and airy. The kitchen was well equipped; the master bathroom was awe-inspiring, and the board games came in handy on the night we stayed in. Karen & Thiery are great hosts! We highly recommend this vacation home to others and we'll definitely be back!

We really enjoyed our stay, amazing location just a short distance from the beach, plus the beach parking pass made things even easier with little kids (2 & 4yrs). The house is also super close to convenience stores and a lot of fun beach activities for all ages. We spent most of our time by the ocean and even did a beach bonfire one evening.The home had everything we needed. It was very comfortable, clean and well-stocked with all the essentials (pro tip: no need to bring beach towels or chairs), whether we were cooking in, ordering out, or just freshening up after a beach day before heading out to dinner.The host was extremely welcoming and communicative throughout the trip. Their helpful recommendations and tips really helped set the stage for a relaxing and memorable family vacation. Would definitely recommend!

Comfortable stay

We stayed comfortably in this house. We preferred to cook and eat in the house instead of going to restaurants for every single meal. The house has everything cooking ware that we needed, also including some kids friendly cups and plates. One of the AC units had some issues during the stay but the owner was very responsive and contacted the hvac company to get it fixed. The location is also good. Walking distance to the beach but if you have things to carry I would suggest driving. The owner provided parking pass for the nearby parking lot at the beach. We definitely recommend staying this house!

Perfect space for our family reunion.

We really loved the house with all of its little decorative touches. It really had everything we needed and the owner was quick to respond with any concerns or needs that we had. Please note that the beach is close but definitely not walkable given the 5 lane busy highway that must be crossed to get there. The parking pass accommodates one vehicle and the parking lot always had plenty of spaces so this was a plus. We also enjoyed a couple of the board games and loved relaxing on the porch in the morning with a cup of coffee.

Beautiful, comfortable, and perfect for us!

This house is so beautifully decorated and the beds are extremely comfortable! It is not your typical “beach bungalow”. It is way better. The kitchen is supplied with everything you need as well. We could not have asked for a better home. Thiery and Karen were very responsive and very nice. We didn’t really need them much as everything was in order but the few times I had a question, they were quick to respond. Two grocery stores are within a mile and the beach access is a super quick drive. We would stay here again for sure!

Great Stay

Family and friends got together to celebrate a birthday. The house offered great respite from midday sun and was a central launching spot for different attractions. Very nice decor and great master suite.

Lovely home

Karen and Thiery’s home is beautiful. My family and I felt very much at home and comfortable. The house is very close to the beach and restaurants. I appreciate Thiery's recommendations on what to do since it was our first time in OBX. Enjoyed the sunset walks and instructions on how to drive on the beach :D. Will be back soon! Thank you!!

Thanksgiving get away

Everything was great the property owners were great to work with and the home was well equipped, which meant we didn’t have to go out and try to find something. Overall a very good place to stay

Best ever

Cannot say enough great things about our stay!! Thiery gave us some great places to eat. The house was updated and we lacked nothing. The time went way to fast, always happens when enjoying it, and we all wished we could have spent more time there. Excellent location, close to everything we wanted to do. Would definitely do it again and recommend it to all.

OBX Perfection

This place is perfect! Everything is as described - the house is gorgeous, updated and decorated well. The location to the beach along with the parking pass makes things very easy - a two minute car ride. Check in/out and communication were simple and they were there for us for anything we needed.
