Our screened porch is great for enjoying your morning coffee or afternoon cocktails while smelling the salty ocean air and enjoying the ocean breezes.

Spend your vacation relaxing or enjoy the sites and attractions that the Outer Banks has to offer. This home is centrally located to help plan with family excursions to the lighthouses, Wright Memorial, NC Aquarium or venture to Corolla and see the Wild Horses roaming on the beaches.

Great location, floor plan and ability to accommodate a large family- property could use a few undates- top decks/benches need some repair. 1st floor bedroom could use a mattress replacement. Limited wifi which limited streaming services.

Great Escape

The location of the house was perfect. Close to stores and restaurants. Walking distance to the beach. Perfect for early morning strolls on the beach with coffee or evening strolls after dinner. The house was a perfect size to accommodate my two teenage girls their own space which helped everyone maintain their sanity. The owners have provided odds and ends of daily items you may want/need. I would gladly rent attitude adjuster again.

Nice house, good location

Overall we liked the house and location. Beach is within the walking distance, there’s a lot of restaurants around, grocery store and everything we needed was conveniently located. Kitchen could have been a little bit more stocked with better frying pans and wine glasses :-) (had to go buy my own). What we didn’t like was mattresses on the beds, they are extremely uncomfortable.

Just a short walk to the beach. Not right on the beach. Could hear traffic from the main road. Close enough to walk to several restaurants. It was just the right size for our group. Loved the outdoor shower. The kitchen was well equipped. Would stay again.

For a small budget good stay

We really enjoyed our time at this location. It was close to the beach about a 3 block walk. We would of liked to have more of a heads up that linens and basic needs like hand soap were not included. Overall we enjoyed the stay. We would use the company again but maybe another property.

Definitely Adjusts Your Attitude!

This is a great little beach house. Plenty of room in great room and kitchen. Decks, porches and balconies on all sides. Walk to beach or drive to public beach access with parking. Location is great, close to restaurants and shopping.

Excellent stay, very quiet and accomodating

We had an excellent stay - in a time of uncertainty and self-quarantining it was refreshing to find a reality company that had the same mentality. Office was clean, masks were required and they even gave us cleaning supplies and encouraged us to wipe down the property before settling in. We had a great time and if you're looking to protect your family while going on a beach vacation, this is the company to do with.

Clean and well stocked

The house is a beach house, not super updated furniture wiser or decor wise but is comfortable. Most importantly, the house was very clean upon arrival. The kitchen had all necessary dishes, pots, pans, coffee maker, blender, toaster, etc. Each closet had several hangers so you don't need to bring any. Washer/dryer on site is very convenient. Good location and Quick walk to the beach. We had an issue with linens not being there upon arrival but that was quickly fixed. Only drawback of the house for me was the queen bed on the main level was incredibly uncomfortable and creaked and squeaked with every move or turn. Also, having beach chairs available for use would be a huge benefit to this house.
