"This was our 2nd time staying at this hotel and again another amazing stay. Pauline on reception was so friendly and spoke to us more like a friend. She even thanked us for the leaving a review. "We stayed in Cottage A as a family of 6. It is a very beautiful cottage and it was set up with a beautiful Christmas tree.
