Beautiful, well kept property with an amazing view. Conveniently located for excursions around the island. Beach right in front of condo and has a pool on the property. Condo is very roomy and well laid out. Beds are super comfy. Fantastic cross breeze goes through apartment so don’t even need air conditioners with the ceiling fans. Awesome sunsets. Wish we would have had more time here to enjoy the property. Megan was very quick to respond to any questions or requests we had. Would definitely return.

Condo 313 had fabulous view of ocean, huge balcony with all windows beautiful days during Halloween time. Wish they had elevator up 3 flights of sturdy stairs. Well stocked on towels, paper products and laundry soap.

Maui stay

My sister and I were visiting Maui for a funeral. I liked the reviews on this place. I reached out to Megan - immediate response from her and she was very helpful. We loved the place! One suggestion only - replace the drap on the big widow. Those outside had to be rolled up because of the strong winds. Made it awfully bright and warm as the sun was setting. I'd stay there again for sure. Thank you!

We appreciated the beautiful view and great location on the way to Honolua Bay, the Enchanted Forest, and other lovely destinations. Also close to the outdoor market and coconut candy seller.

The instructions we got prior to arriving from the expedia website are not accurate. Megan, will send directions to your email with a link to the VRBO app with check in directions and codes. We had flight delays and layovers and arrived to the property at 3 am our time. Using the codes listed on the expedia page did not work. Thankfully I had screenshot Megan's number. She called back within 15 minutes and gave us the actual passcodes. We enjoyed our stay very much after the initial confusion!

Comfortable Place, Nice Location

We enjoyed our stay. Just a short walk to nice sunsets and less than 10 minutes from anywhere in Kihei. Host Megan was very responsive and easy to work with, would stay here again.

Overall Great unit to rent!

We were so fortunate to have been able to rent Megan and Bryan’s unit in Kihei on the last leg of our trip to Maui! Everything was as reviewed and held no surprises. We were so blessed to have been able to see lots of whales daily from the lanai and the overall view was just a plus! Definitely will consider renting this unit again if we are fortunate enough to return to Maui in the future.

Great 2nd week of our family vacation

My family of 4 really enjoyed our week in Kihei and specifically in Megan's "Aloha Hale" apartment. It was 100% as advertised - clean and well stocked - and the location was awesome too. We could see the beach from the balcony and the beach access was right across the street. We used the pool and the grills as well. Kihei is easy distrance from the airport and other main highways so that exploring Maui was simple. There were also lots of good restaurants and shopping within a mile or two in either direction. I hope we are fortunate enough to come back to Maui for a future vacation and if so, we will definitely check to see if this property is available. We'd stay here again in a heartbeat.

Wedding get away on Maui

We rented this place for nearly two weeks so that we could get married. It was near the beach we did our ceremony on, super close to all the grocery stores, restaurants, and shopping in Kihei. The condo it self has an amazing view, was clean, stocked with basic essentials, and the check-in/check-out process was very simple. Megan was also easy to reach when I had a question. 10/10 would recommend.

A private beach get away

My family loved this condo, located across the street from the beach with gorgeous views from the lanai. Bed were comfortable, kitchen area allowed us to cook dinners in the unit almost every night to save money for FUN activities around the island. Only issue we had were the island critters (bugs) but you get those all over the island. This is an excellent choice for a family stay.

Lovely condo with a magnificent ocean view!

We loved our stay at Megan and Bryan's condo. They are quick to respond to any questions you may have about the condo or activities on the island. The view of the ocean from the lanai is superb! It's lovely to sit on the lanai in the morning watching the whales or to have a romantic dinner later on the lanai while watching a beautiful sunset. The condo is comfortable and kitchen well equipped. Sugar Beach is right across the road and it makes for a great picturesque walk, swim or bogie board. Centrally located to many other beaches , grocery stores and restaurants. Grounds well maintained too.

Perfect location with a gorgeous view!

The condo was exactly as described - it had everything one needs to have a wonderful stay on Maui! Megan was quick to reply and even had a slight issue with toilet seat fixed immediately. The view from the lanai is perfect and with windows open the breeze is delightful. We enjoyed the pool and even the hot tub as well as Sugar Beach which is easily accessed from the complex. The complex is well maintained and very clean. We discovered Sugar Beach Bakery just north of the condo for yummy breakfast treats and desserts. There are grocery stores within a few miles as well as the Costco right by airport. If we are lucky enough to return to Maui I would not hesitate to stay at this condo - it is the perfect location and well provisioned.
