    The Space:

    Newly and beautifully remodeled from top to bottom, this golf-course-front condo in the heart of Wailea will treat you to sunset views over the ocean and an overwhelming feeling of aloha. Enjoy thoughtful additions, including three split Mitsubishi air-conditioning units, new furnishings and mattresses, new tile work in the showers, and new floors, cabinets, and granite countertops. Whip up favorite beach snacks and homecooked meals in the well-equipped kitchen - the fridge includes an ice maker for crisp beverages. Sip your coffee on the lanai as passing golfers putt for par, or sunbathe by the shared swimming pool and hot tub as the plumeria scents waft by. You'll always come home to high-speed WiFi, three flatscreen TVs, and majestic sunsets to view from the lanai.



    This condo sits less than a mile from Wailea Beach, which is known as one of Maui's premier beaches and a fantastic snorkeling and SUP spot. Many national high-end shops, local retailers, and Maui musicians are featured in The Shops at Wailea half a mile down the hill. Near there, you'll find great views and food at Manoli's Pizza Company, an ideal spot to end your day after playing 18 at the Wailea Blue Course (known locally as 'Old Blue'). For a romantic night, head to the nearby Four Seasons and take in the sunset at the beachside Ferraro's Bar e Ristorante.

Great Location in Wailea

We needed an affordable and convenient location to stay in Wailea for our party of 4 and we were absolutely thrilled with our choice. The condo was clean and had all the amenities we needed. The views of the ocean and golf course were terrific. The location was perfect for our daily sightseeing adventures. We would highly recommend this condo and would return again.

This condo is so beautiful! It was recently remodeled and the design is absolutely stunning! It’s clean, modern, yet so comfortable! The location is so amazing, with the lanai overlooking the golf course and the ocean. Don’t hesitate, rent this condo!

The property was roomy and very comfortable and looked exactly like the photos. We loved having our Kona coffee on our private Lanai overlooking the golf course and the Pacific every morning ! The location is convenient to beaches, restaurants and lots of activities. our last evening we grilled Maui hamburgers at the pool grill and watched a spectacular sunset from our Lanai! Location ! This is a VERY nice property. The condo is very comfortable. It is nicely furnished. All the conveniences of home, The condo overlooks the #2 green on the Wailea Golf Club Blue Course. The property is quiet. You are only minutes from shopping and good restaurants. We would definitely come back!!!

We loved the location and the place was very clean with some nice updates. Loved our little ocean view! I’d make one recommendation and that’d be to add some decorations to the place like pictures on the walls would make it so much more inviting and warm. The condo was roomy and comfortable and the lanai overlooked the golf course and the ocean. Each day we had our morning coffee on the lanai and sunset cocktails each evening. We were close to many beaches and great restaurants. The decor was a little dated but did not detract from our stay. The condo looks exactly like the photos on the website. It is a great venue for a stress free family vacation. This was our second stay in this condo and we will go back for a third!

Wonderful stay in Wailea

We had a wonderful stay at this condo in Wailea. The location was great, and the condo layout and space was perfect for our family of 4. We had a few minor complaints - one was that the floor wasn’t well cleaned (we didn’t wear shoes indoors and our feet were black after walking around!). Generally the decor of the property is pretty basic. Also, it would have been nice to have a few things available to use for the beach, like folding chairs etc. But overall, we had a comfortable stay!

Lovely home.

The condo was clean and comfortable. Easy to set temps to make everyone happy. The style was heavy on tile, so it was easy to keep clean but had the disadvantage of noise echoing inside. Seemed to be well noise-isolated from the neighbors. Also had lovely sunsets and an interesting golf course view, but the noisy golf course maintainers start early. :)

Great home in Wailea, lovely amenities

The home was clean and well stocked with towels, toilet paper, etc. There are no cooking ingredients stocked so just beware of that and shop before getting to the apartment. Plenty of utensils though. They gave us the wrong entry code and we had to wait a few minutes until they sorted that out in the middle of the night at check-in time! All in all, a fantastic stay, highly recommend

Nice location and view of ocean - needs some additional items

The location of the condo was great but for the price / value I feel this home needs some updates. Pros: quick walk to wailea shops and beach, nice view of ocean and blue course from Lanai. AC worked well and overall the furniture was as advertised. We were only given one towel per person for the stay and kitchen was a bit light on items. Hard to change but the noise from upstairs was quite loud so be aware. I also think some updated furniture on the lanai would be helpful given the cost to rent.
