Updated Condo, Amazing Location Near The Beach In S. Kihei! PS-A211

Bright and colorful condo across the street from Charley Young Beach and 1/2 mile from dining and shopping. This fully furnished two-bedroom, two-bath home is located on the north side of the building so no direct hot sun and features lush garden views.

This unit has an open floor plan and boasts comfortable furnishings, a lanai with garden views to take advantage of alfresco dining, a fully equipped kitchen ready to entertain, and extensive renovations throughout. Unique wood-built-in dining set can accommodate everyone, and the kitchen is equipped with all of the necessary appliances and utensils for the chef of the family. Ductless split system air conditioning has been installed in 2023 in the living area and both bedrooms. The split AC features individual control air handlers in each room to keep you cool on the days when maybe you got a little too much sun at the beach.

The Primary Bedroom features a Queen-sized bed and a renovated en-suite bathroom with a walk-in tiled shower. The Guest Bedroom features a Queen-sized bed and a bathroom with a shower/tub combination that was remodeled in February 2019.

Pacific Shores offers a large, heated pool, a relaxing hot tub, and 4 gas grills for your enjoyment during your stay.

Located in the heart of South Kihei, Pacific Shores is central to the best activities South Maui has to offer. Just a quick stroll to nearby grocery stores, boutiques, and shops, and popular restaurants such as Three's Bar & Grill, Paia Fish Market South, and South Shore Tiki Lounge. Take advantage of some of the best snorkeling, learn to surf, or enjoy the wide variety of premier golf courses on Maui. Directly across the street from the local favorite Charley Young Beach and less than a block from Kamaole 1 Beach and Park. You'll have everything Maui is known for just a moment away.

Maui Relaxation Stay

Condo as advertised, would not have more than a party of four adults. Comfy beds and couches. Best air conditioning/fan set up I have seen in Maui rentals. Unit is mainly in the shade so in the evening you can open the lanai door and kitchen window and get a good dose of fresh air, does not get overly hot while you are out. Only thing it was missing was a kettle. Not missing now as we left one there for furture users. Access to beach is basically right across the road maybe 5min walk. ABC couple blocks to the right and food land a few more blocks to the left. All within walking distance plus lots of shops and places to eat. Recommend coconuts fish cafe, ABC also serving up some great meals and if you want a delicious burger take a short drive (or walk but it’s a bit of a hike) at the cool cat cafe now in Kihei. Hoping to be back again soon.

We enjoyed being there… Worked fine for the four of us… Had the basics Would’ve been great if there were some more cooking basics… Like a few spices, etc. The small porch works for squeezing two people onto it… But not a space for four of us to be outside… But no worries since we spent most of our time, hiking and snorkeling And used The unit very little…

I have been going to Maui for 13 years and the location of this condo is ideal. The condo itself was in every way the most comfortable I have stayed in: super comfy beds, sofa and well-equipped kitchen.

This property's location is great - central to beaches and restaurants and shops. The unit is just as described and the split system A/C is great for summer (way better than just one wall unit in the living room like most other units). Enjoyed they stay!

Super clean, looked exactly like pictures. Had all the kitchen and beach amenities we needed. Really appreciated having the AC in the bedrooms and living room. Cozy and convenient with easy access to beach, restaurants, groceries, shopping, highway!

Pacific Shores Condo Kihei

We felt right at home in this sweet Kihei condo. Everything was comfy and easy. The kitchen had absolutely everything we could have wanted and more. It was cute as can be. The complex was nice and the people there were friendly. It was just a half-block walk to Kam One and the little strip of Kihei restaurants, the ABC store, the natural foods store, etc. A short drive in either direction lead to grocery stores, Longs, more restaurants, and numerous gorgeous beaches. We will definitely return!

Wonderful Stay!

We spent 8 days in Maui. This property was just what we needed- right near the beach, easy to walk to restaurants and shops, and a pool and hot tub to relax after a long day hiking. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Amazing stay! Perfect location to visit South Maui!

The apartment was perfectly located near the beach and cool attractions. The pool was neat and central for activities. Very clean apartment, we were two couples and the size of the apartment was perfect with two bathrooms and two bedrooms. Definitely recommend it!

Kihei getaway

We rented the home in Kihei as it was in the same building as an apartment my sister rented. The home was nice and had an air conditioning and fans in every room. The apartment was well equipped with towels and chairs and anything you could need in the kitchen. The pool and jacuzzi were great for the kids and the property is across the street from the beach.

Great Location and Clean Condo

No complaints at all. It was close to the ocean, had a nice pool, and a functioning AC unit. Although the bedrooms did get a bit warm the one hot night. Overall we enjoyed our stay!

Pacific Shores Kihei

This property was perfect for our 5 night stay. The location is across the street to Charley Young Beach. Plenty of restaurants and shopping near by (walking or driving). Kitchen has pretty much everything you need if you buy groceries (regular coffee machine - not a Keurig so don't bring/buy pods). Beds were very comfortable. Beach towels and chairs, noodles, and snorkeling gear (we brought our own), cooler... all available in the unit. We would stay here again.

My friends I stayed here in July and liked the property! There were a couple issues like the dishwasher didn’t work too well and the TV had audio problems but other than that it was comfortable and in a great location for us!

Kihei 2Bed Condo

Great location, close to the beach and centrally located on the island of Maui. easy to reach west and east Maui. Clean and well-equipped unit. The staff was very kind and easy to reach. The main problem is I didn't read my emails well-enough ahead of time. The bent-over backwards to make everything work out ok.
