When you stay in a Sugar Beach condo, you’ll have access to one of Maui’s best beaches for strolling, sunning, and swimming right outside your door. Choose from oceanfront views, ocean views, or garden views. The one and two-bedroom Sugar Beach Resort condos are all perfectly suited to your home-away-from-home Maui vacation. All Sugar Beach Resort Maui condos feature a private lanai, a fully-equipped kitchen, free WiFi, a washer/dryer, and all the resort amenities you’d expect from the best hotels.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Great view, great walking beach. You can hear a bit of street noise, otherwise very very nice view! There is very limited shade, so just beware of that!

The condo is an adequate place to stay but not luxurious. It had everything we wanted from a full kitchen to pool access. The condo was in good shape and clean except for the bathroom shower which looked like it needed a good scrub. The location - to no fault of its own- is extremely windy but near many attractions.

Great convenient location

We stayed here for a week and the location is perfect for exploring everything on the island. The on-site restaurant Dina's is great and open late, and Maui Sites & Treasures was very convenient to rent beach chairs. Parking was easy as there were always open spots. The property itself has a great hot tub and easy access to a good beach. The apartment had everything we needed; the kitchen was fully stocked with dishes and utensils. The internet was a little slow but we didn't need to use it much. Overall I would highly recommend staying here if you are going to be exploring Maui!

Great location

We spent ten days and enjoyed how conveniently located this property was to everything on the island. We had inquired about a cooler and the owner did have some lunch bag size thermal coolers however we brought a collapsible larger cooler. The unit was stocked with lots of barware, only five coffee cups though. There is a bakery shop, convenience store, and farmers market only a quarter mile away. Saran, foil provided, no spices or oils or baggies. You get three loads laundry detergent, and about flve dishwasher loads, and three ounces each of shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Beach towels included not chairs. You can rent beach stuff from the shop downstairs but it is not the cheapest place . The door handle sticks so you have to be firm with pulling it down and be sure to close it tightly when you leave since the wind prevents it from closing with some force. Overall a great place to crash every night. We ate out most night so can't comment on kitchen amenities much other than it has a standard coffee pot
