Beautiful oceanfront home with front row views. The best views on Maui with incredible sunsets from the Lanai (balcony). Upgraded unit with granite counter tops and glass back splash. This air-conditioned unit features a king bed in the bedroom, and a queen sleeper sofa and TV in the living room. The ocean waves create a symphony of sounds. This is one of those units you will want to visit over and over again. Book now and for the future. The resort is one of the finest on Maui. Want a quick night cocktail or dinner? The on-site boutique restaurant is a great place to relax after a day soaking up rays. On-site activity desk is ready to schedule your every desire while on your trip or to rent you a stand-up paddle board. Luaus are recommended to be booked prior to travel. Sugar beach is located on the longest beach in Maui. Morning strolls along the beach are common for many in the area. Sugar Beach resort is complete with a large swimming pool, hot tub, putting greens, barbeque, restaurant, activity desk, massage parlor, real estate office, and formal ware clothing store. Nearby the Maui Ocean center and all that Maalaea has to offer is just a 4-mile drive. This Kihei location is also close to all Kihei, Wailea and Makena have to offer. One of the few beachfront condos in South Maui. Less than 20 minutes to the airport.

The unit is well stocked with kitchen ware and appliances, we also provide:
- beach chairs, beach towels, beach umbrella, sorry no snorkeling gear,
- a toiletries starter kit sufficient for short stay,
- a starter kit of laundry soap, dish soap, dishwasher soap, and kitchen cleaning supplies,
- drip coffeemaker and some coffee to get the trip started
- linens, towels, etc.

Unit was as hoped, close to the pool, kitchen well equipped, close to parking lot, wonderful ocean front lanai for morning coffee and whale watching. Walking distance on the beach to ABC store, ulanani’s shave ice, sugar beach bakery. Short drive to Kihei and Maalaea. One negative. The safe in the unit was reserved for use only by the owner, not guests. Thought that was very poor form! Never ever had a rental where the safe was not for the renter, who needs the safe because we always have substantial cash for tipping. The owner has the code to our condo and we have no where to keep valuables

Communication and emails on time, access to the unit with door code super easy. Easy parking and centralized island location is perfect. Clean unit and well organized. The views all day long from this place as your temporary home make this place a 10 out of 10. My only regret was not booking the whole week here. Excellent place to stay! Highly recommend!

We stayed here at the sugar beach resort condo we had an ocean front condo on the third floor. Nice little condo . Nice pool area, wasn’t that busy .Nice beach area . Great spot to enjoy the water I like that they had lots of lounge chairs by the pool and the front lawn.Check in was easy and people were very friendly .

Beautiful Kihei Getaway

My spouse and I stayed at Sugar Beach for the 2nd year in a row. We enjoyed our vacation in Kihei, and thought the location at Sugar Beach was a great location. We stayed in a different condo last year. This year, we paid $100 more a night. We thought it would be nice to have a corner room with views from 2 sides. Unfortunately, it was NOT worth the additional price. When we arrived in the evening, we were unable to get into our condo. The wrong code had been sent to us. It was late, and we sat by the pool waiting to get the correct information. When we saw the place the first day in the day light, I was surprised how very dirty the place was. NOT clean at all. One of the most disappointing things about the condo, was I ended up having to see my doctor the day after I returned home, since I had bug bites all over my body. I always sat on the sofa, and my husband never sat on it. Every day I noticed I had small red dots on my legs, then arms, and every day I continued to have more. I did not spend any time on the beach in the sand, and only a couple hours a few days at the pool. My doctor and I came to the conclusion they were bug bites from the sofa, that later I had a bad reaction to. I HIGHLY recommend that the condo be bug bombed immediately. I love Kihei, Maui, and would go back again, but I will not stay at another condo listed by Vrbo. The one we stayed in last year was not through Vrbo. Last year, our room had an awesome welcome gift basket which was appreciated!

Positive Easy access to property, ample parking, ocean front, 3rd floor. Improvement Watch the automatic door lock, check to see if it fully retracts, increase the temp of the hot water in the shower.

We had a great time, walking along the beach. My husband and I would go for a walk to the right or to the left for about half an hour to 45 minutes and then back. Perfect condo

This was our first time staying in North Kehei, I will never stay anywhere else on the island, the condo has the perfect view, the staff at the resort were amazing, they have an activity center on site and the owner gave us some amazing recommendation on things to do that we have never thought of before. We rented some body boards from them and it was perfect! The beds were comfy and it was walking distance to an ABC store for last minute needs. We will defiantly be staying here again!

Amazing views

We always enjoy staying at the Sugar Beach condos. Having an ocean view is the best. The condo had a very comfy bed and pullout couch. We would recommend the condo for a beautiful stay on Maui.
