Elua 1310 Oceanfront - Family Managed-Full Condo Remodel Completed 9/25!

(9/17/25) We just wrapped a full condo remodel of our oceanfront home and am bringing the unit back online!

Elua 1310 is in the closest building to the beach with 120 degrees of unobstructed ocean views and sits next to the famous Wailea Beach walk.

You are just steps away from the beach, Elua's main pool and pavilion, and a one-minute walk to the second pool and hot tub. Elua is a large complex, so check out a map on the web before booking, some units may be in another zip code!

You have easy access to Ulua Beach, a great, rock-free swimming beach. Explore the beach path for miles in both directions!

This home is privately owned and managed. We are just a phone call, text, or email away. We have perfect reviews because (we are told) guests know that we are committed to giving our guests the best experience possible.

Our one-bedroom, one-bath unit is on the second floor with fantastic ocean views from the living room, dining room, kitchen, and bedroom. You will see a perfect sunset every night from the lanai.

In the living room, I installed a brand new, vibrant 77" UHD OLED TV. We have cable TV, a Chromecast, and access to streaming services. The couch is home to a pull-out double-size bed.

There is a large wrap-around lanai in front of the living room and bedroom.

The huge bedroom has a California king bed, a new 65" TV, and two full-size closets.

The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need. Our guests tell us that our units are the best stocked condo rentals they have stayed in.

We provide beach towels, Tommy Bahama chairs and umbrellas, and other beach vacation amenities.

Wailea Elua is a gated, low-density complex within walking distance of Shops at Wailea, restaurants, resorts, and so much more. Ulua Beach, which fronts the property, is steps away for excellent snorkeling and sunbathing.

In addition, the complex has a pickleball court, pools, an exercise facility, and 24-hour security. You are surrounded by very lush and beautifully maintained landscaping; without a doubt the best landscaping in all Wailea.
