Absolutely gorgeous ocean view second story unit with easy elevator access and lots of parking. Relax on your balcony with the cool ocean breezes while whales breach in the background in winter. The unit features a Queen sofa sleeper in the living room, a split AC in the living room and bedroom, as well as a television in the living room and bedroom. Lounge in either of the two gorgeous pools or enjoy a game of tennis. Watch the incredible sunsets or stroll along Keawakapu Beach and Kamaole Beach Park III. Enjoy evening cocktails off of your balcony. This beautiful resort has spacious lushly landscaped grounds, an on-site tennis court, 2 pools, and barbecue grills. Located just a few minutes away from the world-class Shops at Wailea which offer fine dining, shopping and a shopping market and only a minute to the Kihei boat ramp for easy access to snorkel, diving, and fishing boat adventures! The unit is well stocked with kitchen ware and appliances, we also provide:
- beach chairs, beach towels, beach umbrella, sorry no snorkeling gear,
- a toiletries starter kit sufficient for short stay,
- a starter kit of laundry soap, dish soap, dishwasher soap, and kitchen cleaning supplies,
- drip coffeemaker and some coffee to get the trip started
- linens, towels, etc.

Important Notice - April 2025 through year end
Phased plumbing improvements on a few of the buildings will result in isolated grounds maintenance. Temporary above-ground piping will be installed and protected by fencing. It is also possible that some excavating work may cause daytime noise, however the beach is just a few steps away.

Great location, nice complex. The condo was nice the bathroom could stand to be updated. Honestly the photos had me a tad worried about the shower but it was clean the door is just a textured glass that looked dirty in the pictures to me, plenty of counter space in the bathroom for the 3 women sharing the condo. We loved this area easy walk to the beach all the chairs coolers and umbrellas you need at the condo. Also we felt Very safe here.

There were bugs in the apartment. They had scheduled exterminator to show up right on the next day after our arrival and I did not want them to spray things while we had our stuff around. They could have done the extermination stuff prior to our arrival. Quite few bugs showed up in the kitchen. Other thing is that I had to return a day earlier. But the property managers do not have policy to refund those days of early checkout. This is unlike many hotels I have stayed it, these other hotels had a no-questions refund policy for early checkout.

A perfect vacation spot for us and the kids

This place was fantastic. My Wife and I, along with our three children under 12 years old, stayed here and it was perfect. We slept in the bedroom and the two fold out beds were perfect for the kids. There is a pool literally right downstairs, and a beach right across the road - you are there in about 90 seconds. You can see the sunset (which is stunning) every night from the balcony which we also loved. Everything was smooth, we will be back!

Perfect location! Family of 4. Unit's a little tired...

Family of 4 stayed Christmas week with car. 2 kids: 15 & 21. Quiet location at the end of Kihei strip. Kids can walk to all Kamaole beaches, shops, restaurants at night. Fun. Sunsets were perfect from the lanai every night! Sports closet with beach gear was a bonus (donated our bodyboard for next group). Unit could use minor upgrades. Furniture is old. Not enough bedding and weekly bathroom supplies for 4. Mahalo!

Great location in Kihei, away from Kaanapali

Our family 2 adults + 2 children tayed at this property in late June, early July 2024 and we enjoyed our stay thoroughly. Kehei is a nice beach town and this property is right across the street from Kamaole III beach park, which is a fantastic spot if you have kids! The property was clean, comfortable, and pricing was reasonable. Overall, it was good value.

Clean and great location

The property was nice and well maintained, our place was clean and had everything we need. The view was amazing and we watched whales from the lanai every day.We love this location with the kamaole beach 3 and park right across the street.

Great condo and beautiful view

Our family of four thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this condo. The pull out bed was comfortable as well as the main bed. Kitchen had everything we needed. We really enjoyed this location. I would definitely go back!

Great Location

This condo was perfect for our family, which is myself, my husband and our two boys (4 & 6). The location can't be beat and this condo even had a beautiful ocean view off the lanai. We love Kamole Park 3 and it's just a short walk across the street. The beach at the park is also wonderful and we had many turtle sightings during our visit. This condo has 2 pools so the pool area never seemed over crowded and was a very nice atmosphere. We also used the community BBQ's to cook our dinner many nights. Overall this Maui trip was a great success and we would stay at this condo again.

The suite was nice, quiet, relaxing and clean on the surface, but there were cockroaches, small ones in the kitchen and the bedroom. Check in was at 4 pm, but the cleaner was still there, just for another 15 minutes. Overall very enjoyable stay. I would go back.

Just as expected

We had stayed at Hale Kamaole before so we knew what to expect. The photos represented the property accurately. For the price this was a pleasant place to stay. We appreciated comfortable bed, the new microfiber towels, the ample beach chairs, and the laundry soap provided. The property could use a coffee grinder and some lightweight blankets for the sofa beds. It was a wonderful trip.

Enjoyable stay

Overall experience was positive. Had issue with microwave but was fixed quickly. While hideabed was not used the couch was not really in good shape. Also had many insects in kitchen area. Still this condo would be at the top of our list when we return next year.

The room was nice and cold, washer and dryer, nice kitchen, and view. The pull out bed my kids wished was more comfortable but they survived. Great location. We loved it.
