Premier Ocean Front with Incredible Views! Polo Beach 604

Relax on the lanai and enjoy sweeping views of Molokini and Kahoolawe Island at sunrise or sunset. Stroll along the world famous Wailea Beach Path, enjoy fantastic snorkeling at uncrowded Polo Beach or unwind and sunbathe at the oceanfront pool and jacuzzi.

Spend a dream vacation in this luxurious 2 Bedroom, 2 Bathroom accommodation. This unit features beautiful and tasteful furnishings, a fully equipped gourmet kitchen with an open floor plan, stainless steel appliances, tile floors throughout and a fabulous lanai to watch the sunset and take in the beauty of Maui.

This unit accommodates up to six guests and features a king sized bed in the Primary Bedroom, two twin beds in the Guest Bedroom which can also be made into a King, and a very comfortable sleeper sofa bed in the living area. The Primary Bedroom features an ensuite bathroom and there is also a second full guest bathroom. There is central air conditioning and wireless internet access throughout.

The Polo Beach Club is situated in the resort community of Wailea, offering world class dining and shopping options all nearby at the different resorts and The Shops at Wailea. The Polo Beach property features a pool and jacuzzi tub for guest use. There are also communal BBQ grills on-site and an herb garden to enjoy.

When you arrive on property, you will be issued a blue parking tag for your unit's 1st vehicle. If you have a second vehicle, it will be given a red parking pass. The RED parking pass does not guarantee your second vehicle a parking spot throughout your stay. If the property has high occupancy numbers during your stay, you will be alerted and will have until 5pm that day to remove the second car from Polo Beach property and off site. If the second vehicle is not moved by 5pm that day, you will be issued a $200.00 fine. If the second vehicle is not removed by 11:59pm of the same day, there will be an additional $50 per hour fine for every hour the vehicle remains on property after 11:59pm.

While we strive to keep all photos up to date, there may be new and updated pieces of furniture or decor that are different than in the original pictures. The functionality, available seating and sleeping space will remain the same or may improve.

Please note as of April 15, 2026: There is intermittent construction work taking place in a nearby unit. While we do not expect this to impact your entire stay, there may be occasional daytime noise.

The condo is large, very clean, and well stocked with lots of kitchen items, beach towels and chairs, comfortable furniture and beds. The patio is large, has shade and sun, and of course you can’t beat the views! We really enjoyed whale watching from our deck with binoculars we brought. The condo property is perfect for older folks! It’s walking distance to resort-restaurants. The outside areas are very well maintained and the pool had rules posted about no noise, no pool toys, playing ball, etc. The beach was also quiet and not crowded. Loud active children will be better entertained at the resorts. I believe this place is more for people who enjoy a tranquil environment, and fewer crowds in the slow season.

PB 604 offers a wonderful vacation experience. Front row ocean views, steps to a nearly private beach and adjacent to the Wailea beach walk for great morning walks and easy access to other beaches, resorts and shops.

Polo Beach is a gem. The condo is pristine and has a breathtaking view. Watch the boogie boarders or go down and enjoy the beach with them. Not to mention this location is right at the end/ beginning of such an enjoyable walk along the Waimea path tbat ambles by at the resorts and some incredible beaches. A service too from the CB tram! Loved it!

What a beautiful view!!!! It was so nice. The only thing is the air conditioning wasn’t very good! Not cold enough. It has an amazing view of the pool and ocean. I really enjoyed how you walk out and there is the ocean! I would rent this unit again.

Polo Beach

Such.a wonderful location. The unit was very well layed out with 2 bathroom and 2 bedrooms (king and 2 twin beds). The kitchen was well equipped and had more than enough for a family of 4. Beach access is super close (slightly steep path), beach chairs were provided. The grounds were well manicured, gated to access pool, beach, and to enter via car. Used the pool chairs with cushions, towels, and 3 gas grills to cook. Parking in covered area was easily accessible to 2 elevators. There were carts for luggage and groceries. There was a garage racks to place the paddle boards and boogie boards that we rented (not provided with lodging). Cannot stay any closer to the beach than this location. Sunset views are spectacular, snorkling from the beach in the mornings, and the covered lanai had table and 4 chairs and 2 lounge chairs we used for all meals. We have already suggested others should stay at this property. There was construction going on during the day but never once interfered with our Maui trip. Totally met all of our needs.

Family of 4 week-long trip

Beautiful, unobstructed sunset view. Waves on the shore are nice and loud, like you are sleeping on the beach. The rental was very modern, despite the building being older. There are some nice upgrades in the house, like automatic blinds. Washer and dryer were modern and worked just fine. Very clean. Quiet property. Pool and hotub were great. Very easy access to beach and pool. The beach is actually really awesome because it is naturally partitioned from the rest of the resorts through natural rock formations, and the beachfront path that connects the next several miles of resorts doesn't go through this property. We never saw more than 5 people on the beach at one time. Parking spots were tight, probably because the building was made when cars were smaller, so if you get an SUV or van, it's tight, but manageable.

Great location, beautiful view !The beach and pool not crowded. The condo is nicely decorated and well maintained, comfortable beds. Our only issues were that getting things like some extra towels and tissue was not as easy ,but realize this is a condo unit and not a hotel or vacation club. There is no front desk . Also there is construction on our floor and I had not seen the small note about it on the website. Workers were nice and it wasn’t too noisy . We’d come again.

Amazing Stay!

My wife and I stayed at the Polo Beach Club for our honeymoon and it was amazing! We had stayed at the property a few years ago with family, and we literally changed our honeymoon plans to come back to Hawaii because of how amazing it was. The booking/check-in process were very straightforward, and all the communication was very appreciated! They checked in to make sure everything was going well and were very responsive to any questions we had. I would highly recommend staying here, and I know my wife and I will be back!

Beautiful Location

Our family had a wonderful time at this property! The view was amazing! Access to the beach was easy as was access to the pool, grill, and parking. The check-in process was clearly explained, and the property was clean. The concierge service was helpful as well. The location was perfect for us. We used the kitchen for at least 2 meals a day, and we could drive and/or walk to eat additional meals. We highly recommend this property!
