Watch the sunset from every room!! This top floor unit is situated in the premier front row of this highly sought after complex. The main living area boasts expansive high beam ceilings that add to the wonderful flow of air blowing in off the shores of Maui. The Hawaiiana furnishings add a comforting atmosphere for a relaxing stay. Picture a wonderful afternoon while sipping away at a tropical beverage while you take in the sun at the Fairway pool.

Great location and convenience!! Walk along the Ekolu walkway pass to the World's Top Beaches, Shops at Wailea, Five Star Hotels, casual to fine dining restaurants and more. Please note this unit can accommodate 1-2 adults only.

Gorgeous view and unit! Perfect couple's getaway! Rated 5 of 5
My husband and I stayed here for a week to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary. As soon as we stepped into the unit, we felt instantly welcomed by an unexpected gift basket containing Maui snacks from the owners. The furnishings were impeccably clean and well-kept, and the wood ceiling and floors made the place feel homey and inviting. The kitchen appliances were new and all in working order. Similarly, the pots/pans, cooking utensils, and dinnerware were all in good shape which is not always the case in rentals. This made it very pleasant to cook meals when we decided to eat in. The view from the lanai is incredible and it is so pleasant to sit outside with the breeze and enjoy the sunset with a drink in hand. We were incredibly impressed by the unit and would definitely stay here again.

We have just finished a 24 day stay and it was fantastic. We enjoyed this condo so much. Sitting on the lanai in the mornings and watching the sunsets in the evenings will be especially memorable. The attention to detail was superb. It was absolutely spotless which meant a lot to us.

We arrived Saturday Oct 10, 2015 and by the 12th reserved another 9 days in Dec 2016. It's hard to imagine paying more to stay at the Grand Wailea Hotel when I am looking right over it from unit 904 at Ekolu Village. Privacy, upgraded... 904 doesn't disappoint....

We were pleasantly surprised about the whole package! Very clean, well appointed, most comfy king bed, amazing views, quiet, awesome stargazing at night, completely private! We've stayed in hotels typically, but with this home, you receive the benefits of quietude, no hotel business, cook or not at your leisure and short distance to many wonderful beaches!

Comfortable Wailea Visit

We've stayed at the Wailea Ekolu Village on previous visits, so we're familiar with the property. Condo had easy check-in and check-out. Spotless condition. Very well appointed: kitchen ware; beach gear; laundry items, comfortable bed. HVAC split air unit was very quiet. And best of all - fantastic ocean views. We will consider this unit again when we're back in the area.

Perfect Location

We have stayed on this property five times and it never disappoints. The views are incredible and beautiful. We barely needed to get in our car as most restaurants and coffee shops are walking distance. The check in and check out process was extremely easy. Everything was perfect and I would highly recommend it!!

Overall, very nice

The main screens on each side of the front door need to be repaired or replaced with the proper sizes. The faucet at the kitchen sink does not fit the plumbing connection and should be replaced with proper quality faucet fittings.

Beautiful unit with premier views of Lanai and Molokini. Easy access to everything South Maui has to offer. We’ve been to more condos on Maui than I care to admit and simply put, this is the best yet!

Great View!!!

The pictures gave a very pedestrian description of the view! It was MUCH better in person! The sunsets are incredible. The unit was very well furnished. A short walk to the Shops of Wailea and Monkey Pods (outstanding Mai Tais!!) Seems to be in a safe area. Never felt uncomfortable. We would definitely stay here again! Mahalo!

Would love to stay here again

Perfect for a couple, but I could imagine it’d be perfect for a group of 4 too based on the 2 full bathrooms and the extensive amount of bedding and towels provided. We had everything we needed and everything we wanted. All of the kitchen supplies were the quality you’d hope for in a rental - well above the quality we’re used to! There are also plenty of place settings for 4 people to have a home-cooked meal, and you can sit comfortably at the nice dining table indoors, or at the nice dining table on the larger lanai right off the living room. The views are fantastic, the furniture is high quality and well kept, the appliances are high-end, and you’ve got plenty of space inside to enjoy a well-ACed indoor refuge! The unit is so ideally located, and you can easily walk to the amazing Monkeypod restaurant in one direction, and through the condo complex along the paths down to a wonderful coffee shop, and just a little past that are the shops at Wailea (the best luxury shopping on Maui, and many options for non-luxury stores too!). I would book my trip to Maui around the availability of this property, it was that perfect for the two of us. Highly recommend, book it!

Wonderful views and location

JUNE 2021 Perfect Location with fantastic view

Everything about this unit was perfect. After reading all the reviews about this property I am here to clarify many of those reviews. This is from a recent two week stay June 2021 The unit was very clean and neat . The view is absolutely one of the best in the complex! Dishes ,pots and pans ,knives. kitchen all in excellent working order and perfect for cooking. Top notch frig ,range , dishwasher micro, .Kitchen totally remodeled and up to date. Towels all like new and smelling clean and fresh Both bathrooms in excellent working order and remodeled.. Master Bed very comfortable .Lots of pillows , sheets and bedding all new. Air conditioning works great.. BBQ grill on patio with extra propane top quality and clean. Furniture and decor excellent and tasteful. Shower worked great and was fairly new. Washer and dryer both in excellent working order. Supplies such as toilet paper, ,paper towels, sponge ,kleenex all in good supply. Unit quiet most of the time ,grounds keepers are too early 4:30 a.m. and very loud. Unit could use more wine glasses and eating utensils. Only complaint would be for better outdoor patio furniture that is comfortable and new. Would highly recommend this unit!
