Panoramic Ocean View Condo

Welcome to our little slice of paradise. Our condo is located across the street from Cove Park in Kihei at the Shores of Maui. Your morning cup of coffee view will be a panoramic shot of the pacific ocean with surfers you can nearly throw rocks at. This air conditioned 2 bedroom/2 full bath is an upstairs corner unit. The master bedroom has a queen and full size bed and the second bedroom has a queen. The kitchen is equipped with microwave, oven, toaster, refrigerator, coffee pot and much more. The unit also has a washer and dryer and plenty of towels, so no need to pack extras. There are also beach umbrellas, chairs and sand toys for the kids. Walking distance to great restaurants and shopping.
The complex has a swimming pool, hot tub, tennis court and barbeques.

We had a wonderful time staying at Ryan's condo. He was very accommodating and responsive. The condo had everything for a perfect vacation - ocean views, AC, laundry supplies and a full kitchen.

Comfortable and a great location

We were looking for a place in Kihei that would be walkable to the Cove Beach Park, Charley Young, and restaurants. This fits the bill perfectly. While the complex could use a little updating, the interior of the unit is fantastic and the A/C works really well.

We LOVE this property. We have stayed in other condos at the Shores of Maui and this is our favorite. The view is amazing! The condo is well stocked, very clean and the host is so wonderful to work with. We cannot wait for our next stay!!

Absolutely Wonderful

The location is incredible, morning coffee on the patio, sunset views in the evening and walking distance to shops, groceries, board rentals and everything we needed to make our stay perfect. The amenities within the suite included everything our family needed. Close to suite parking, pool and Tennis/pickle ball courts made the building a joy to hang out at and an easy spot from which to day trip. The hosts were easy to communicate with, super quick with responses and so friendly and helpful. A perfect holiday, thank you so much!

Such a perfect spot.

Beautiful. Great views, great space! LOVED the walkability (and parkability). Beach goodies, great little lanai, excellent. Would stay there again. Easy check in, easy check out. Low maintenence check out as well. Beach park across the street, easy walk to kam beaches.

Best location

Truly the best location to stay in Kihei! Everything was exactly as described and communication with owner was 10/10! Only request would be to have heavier / more blankets on the beds. Also hoping many of the balconies at Shores are looked at...some of them are looking pretty rough. We would definitely stay here again - truly no better place...the view and the pool are our favorite!

Excellent condo!

Great location and Perfect View

Probably the most important thing is that the beds are comfortable. This condo has a lot more space than other 2bd/2ba condos in Kihei. The kitchen is well stocked. You can’t beat the view if you don’t mind sitting at your lanai with the road noise between you and the ocean. We loved being able to walk to restaurants and the beach. We would definitely return.

Comfortable, Cozy, and Clean

We felt at home in the condo and appreciated having an ocean view in a safe and pretty complex. Communication with the owner was fantastic. The condo is on the older side, a bit dark as the lighting fixtures are old, there is a busy street between the condo and ocean as well as a transformer blocking some of the view. Sofas are new, beds were very comfortable, AC worked great. We would stay here again as waking up to the view of the ocean was part of the Hawaiian experience.

A Gem

After an extremely long day of travel, we were welcomed to a beautiful condo with special touches. There was a small bag of coffee for us to use our first morning which we were grateful for since we didn’t have time to get groceries right away after our late arrival. Everything we could’ve needed was available. The location was fantastic with the ocean across the street and so much was within walking distance. Kihei is a great town and we had a fantastic vacation. Ryan was an excellent host and communicated quickly and well. For our first time in Maui and Hawaii in general, our vacation was incredible! Already missing the sounds of the ocean waves.

Perfect place, perfect location!

This condo was perfect for my family of 4 which included 2 older teen boys. It was very spacious and well kept with perfect views of Cove Beach Park where you can surf or paddle board . The unit had everything we needed for a comfortable stay including beach essentials such as towels, chairs and boogie boards. The condo is within walking distance of several great food options including Paia Fish Market, Kihei Caffe as well as a great food truck park at South Maui Gardens. Foodland is also walkable too. Ryan, the host, was awesome to deal with and always answered my questions promptly. I would 100% recommend this place.

Quote from my mom “best vacation of my life!”

Starting out our trip everything seemed to go wrong, I overslept (set my alarm for PM somehow), I then had to be like Home Alone and quickly get to the airport, the airport was a mess. Then the car rental was smaller than I expected so our luggage barely fit and we couldn’t even stop at Costco for groceries. We were hot, tired and a little grumpy. I contacted our host and asked if we could check in early by a couple hours. He got right back to me and made it happen. As I put the code in the door I held my breath…… then I had a long exhale. Something went right, I turned to my family and said, “it’s even better than I expected!” I almost shed a tear. The photos don’t do it justice. The place is beautiful, the guest bedroom beds are big and comfortable. The main bedroom has a view that can’t be beat. We went on the patio and right away saw a turtle and dozens of surfers. The decor was perfect Hawaiian getaway. It was perfect. The kitchen is well organized (love the labels), the flow works well for everything. My niece loved the pool. We walked to all the local restaurants and stores. It was the perfect location. Oh and Kalama Park across the street has one of the best kids playgrounds ever, my niece wanted to go every day. There is a secret little beach just across the street that we watched the turtles come up to sleep during sunset every night. One morning there was 9 turtles on the secret little beach, my nieces mind was blown. Being a corner unit it was nice and quiet. My 5 year old niece was asleep by 7pm every night and we never had any noise issues. She also loved all the beach toys for kids. She was a professional body surfer and sand castle builder by the end of the trip. We also took surfing lessons literally 100 steps from the condo. It was again, perfect. I would stay here again in a heartbeat! My 60+ year old mother said it was the best vacation of her life, she loved everything about the condo. I Highly recommend this place. By the way I never leave reviews so this means a lot!

Great location

The location of this condo was great. Sitting on the lanai for coffee while watching the surfers learning was a perfect start to the day. The condo furniture was very comfortable. Its hard to find properties on Maui that sleep this many so comfortably. The kitchen had really nice cookware and some cooking basics were provided. The poolside grills were always available. The pool was clean and even provided a view of the ocean. Since its a smaller property, there were never many people at the pool, and every time we were there, people were very friendly and welcoming. The host was very accommodating and responsive when we had questions. We loved staying in Kihei. It felt much more like you very staying in a small town instead of a big resort village. The local restaurants, coffee houses, and food trucks were plentiful and so good. I would definitely stay here again when in Maui

Great stay!

We had such an amazing time at this condo. Perfect location, comfortable accommodations, very communicative owner. We had 4 adults & 2 kids. The location in proximity to the beaches, playground, and restaurants was perfect. We also spent hours in the pool! We will definitely be back.
