Palms at Wailea #803 has all the comforts of home in a beautiful tropical setting. This unit features a fully equipped kitchen as well as an in-unit washer and dryer. You can keep cool with the split-system A/C, and complimentary wifi is included. There is a king bed in the master and the 2nd bedroom features twin beds that can be converted to a king. There is a sofa sleeper in the living room as well as a large television in case you want to relax and watch some TV after a busy day of outdoor adventure. Speaking of outdoor activities, Palms at Wailea #803 supplies beach chairs and beach towels and a boogie board for your trips to one of the nearby beaches. This unit is equipped with grab bars in the bathroom and there are no stairs in the unit. Palms at Wailea #803 can sleep 6.
Same day bookings and those arriving within 48 hours of making the reservation requires a phone call to Rentals Maui for confirmation.
Bookings made within 7 days of arrival will require an ID check and screening prior to confirmation.

The fabulous Keawakapu Beach is just a short 10 minute stroll from the Palms at Wailea. This beach is world famous for its great snorkeling and long stretch of beach. The Palms at Wailea is a gorgeous property; lush with tropical landscaping. There is a large pool and hot tub that is perfect for sunbathing and has a magnificent view of the ocean from the pool area. We are pleased that our properties at the Palms at Wailea have been chosen to be featured in the number 1 selling book "Maui Revealed" and their website. These properties were chosen because of their superior quality and great rates!

We absolutely loved our stay at this property. The condo was immaculate, beds we super comfortable, location was great. Air conditioning worked well. Kitchen was great. Common pool area worked out well. Nothing bad to say.

Perfectly located, super clean and we loved having access to the pool- this was a terrific place to stay for my two young kids, my husband and I. It was stocked with everything we needed to have wonderful beach days and lounge in comfort.

Great location, very nice condo and loved the pool. So minor, but only thing was, we couldn’t find any beach towels. Could have been us, not sure. If we come back to Wailea we will come back to this property

Beautiful unit, very clean with everything you need. Our family had a great time in Maui and loved that this property was so close to the beaches, dining and shopping. We will definitely stay here again. If you have more than one couple, the second bedroom does not provide privacy but worked fine for our family of teens and adult children. The kitchen is nicely equipped and the patio is really spacious. We loved that there were beach chairs, umbrella and other gear provided too!

Can't really find any faults really. The apartment is bigger than what we expected and it's just perfect. The swimming pool is perfect and the neighborhood is amazing. Loved every minute of our stay. Aso it's so conveniently located for the beaches. Thanks

The unit itself is spacious and well designed. We had plenty of room for our family of four. Kitchen was equipped with everything we needed and we cooked most meals in the unit. The Lanai was spacious and had stunning views of the property, ocean and mountain. We would rent this condo again in a heartbeat. The property was beautiful and immaculately maintained. The pool was amazing and we spent a lot of time at the pool when the beach got too windy or too hot. Wailea is a GREAT location. It is quiet, beautiful, and doesn't feel like a tourist town. It has a luxurious and serene feeling. Lastly, location is a 10 minute walk to the beach and 1 minute drive. Highly recommend this location and unit!

The condo is located in Wailea area. Easy access to Wailea village for restaurant, shopping & many beaches which are good for snorkeling, swimming and just relaxing. The condo is clean and very comfortable to stay. I highly recommend to stay here if you have a chance to come in Maui.

The unit was what attracted me to book. Awesome interior design! Nice & clean, very spacious & well supplied. Property is very quiet, you feel guilty having a bbq with say 16-20 people. The contract with VRBO & Maui Rentals conflict on the check out time. One says 11:00 the other 10:00. My family says I don’t know how to relax, Kept keeping them in check about contract details, that annoyed them. I hope to visit here again, will try harder to relax. *

We loved every detail of this unit and the property. It was wonderful waking up every morning to a beautiful mountain/garden view. We could also see glimpses of the blue Pacific! The beds were comfortable, the sheets and blankets were soft. It was all well maintained, tastefully decorated, and incredibly clean. The management was responsive when we couldn’t find a blanket for the sofa sleeper. Someone actually ran out and purchased one for us. My daughters both appreciated that! We would highly recommend this beautiful rental property. We never wanted to leave!

The inside spaces and the outside space at this unit are equally enjoyable, as they blend together seamlessly through three large slider doors and a passthrough window in the kitchen. The decor inside is classy and sophisticated. We took most of our meals outdoors, at the table on the lanai. Breakfast at sunrise listening to sound of the tropical birds and the crashing of the surf. Dinners under the starry Maui skies, with the beautifully painted walls inside, in tropical and ocean motifs, softly lit as a backdrop. The beaches are within a 10 minute walk down, and maybe 15 minutes back up the hill. There are beach chairs, boogie boards, sand toys, and a cooler for you to use. This unit is very close to the pool, which is quiet and has a nice ocean view. There is also a lookout tower at the pool building for whale watching, so bring your binoculars. Checking in was pleasant and contactless. The manager was in contact via text before we landed, and the property owners were too. They checked in with us several times to make sure everything was going well, which we appreciated. Great communication during the booking process as well. Carol & Lee take immaculate care of their property and thoroughly enjoy sharing the magic of Maui with their guests.

We love the location, the beach was in a walking distance and the mall was just 5 minutes drive away. The house was exceptionally clean, beautifully decorated and lovely patio was set for watching sunsets. The kitchen was smartly equipped, the main bedroom had an AC and there were ceiling fans around the house. The beds were super comfortable and a sateen pillow cover was plus. We even found chairs, umbrella and snorkeling gear in the closet and were happy to use them. Carol and Lee were exceptionally helpful and very responsive before and during our stay. Our family had a great vacation and the location and house contributed to it. Can't wait to come back to Maui & this condo again!

This place is just WONDERFUL and BEAUTIFUL! The views to the ocean and mountains are perfect here! Something we loved was that all the sliding doors open up to create a flow between the indoor and outdoor spaces. Our expectations were truly exceeded. All the beds were extremely comfortable, the showers have great water pressure, and the washer and drier came in handy. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking as well. We couldn’t have chosen a better place to Stay! I will definitely rebook when I come back to Maui.

We just checked-out sadly for this is truly the best vacation rental experience we ever had! The morning coffee and evening BBQ on the ocean-view lanai is just something we are so enjoy everyday at Palms at Wailea 803. The very beautiful-decorated and very spacious condo; the fully equipped very functional kitchen; very comfortable bathrooms; the location; the quietness and calm & beautifully manicured garden... The nice & sweet almost daily communication with the host is just cream on the cake! We will certainly miss our Maui days because of this vacation stay. It doesn't happen very often, but these pictures on this listing definitely does not do justice to this property -- It's actually way better than what we expected! Definitely will come again, and again!

We had the best vacation ever at Palms at Wailea 803! The condo is so nice & wonderful, truly prime location close to the best beaches on Maui for snorkeling, swimming and family time. The mall, where many great restaurants and best shopping are, is only 5 minutes drive or a good morning walk away. The condo is so clean and beautifully decorated with Maui/ocean theme, really give us an fie star experience not at all at the five-star pricing! It's very spacious and fancy. All beds are super comfortable, very nice towels and linens are fully provided. The large and very private patio is great to watch the ocean and sunset yet you don't really see any neighbors. We had hard time to leave this wonderful place, wished that we could stay longer even though everyday here has been so fun-filled. The swimming pool has the best ocean view just like the pictures show, though the condo is much nicer than these pictures showing in the listing, which is uncommon based on our past experiences. The owner/property manager is so very nice & responsive that they deliver a couple items we need extra right away. They are also very helpful recommending good local restaurants and sight-seeing locations. Communicating with them definitely made our trip much more enjoyable and efficient. We will definitely book with these people again and tell our friends and family about the wonderful place and the owners. Maui, we miss you already!
