  • Palms at Wailea #1207 is a lovely ground-floor unit at a much sought-after complex. It is a spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bath unit with a fully equipped kitchen, renovated bathrooms, new flooring throughout, washer and dryer, and wifi. The primary bedroom is equipped with split system A/C as well as a ceiling fan and features a king-sized bed, a SmartTV, and an en suite bathroom. The guest bedroom features twin beds and a ceiling fan. Both bathrooms have been renovated and feature walk-in showers. The living room includes a queen sofa bed, a ceiling fan, and a television. Beach chairs and beach towels are provided in Palms at Wailea #1207 for your use. There are a few steps leading up to this ground-floor unit.
    Same day bookings and those arriving within 24 hours of making the reservation requires a phone call to Rentals Maui for confirmation.
    Bookings made within 7 days of arrival will require an ID check and screening prior to confirmation.
    Longer stays require additional terms and conditions. Please contact Rentals Maui for inquiries longer than 60 nights.
    We work to maintain a very accurate website. At times furniture, decor or flooring may be upgraded and pictures are not updated yet. This would not change the seating, sleeping, function or views of the condo. Amenities are accurately and clearly listed for your convenience.
    The fabulous Keawakapu Beach is just a short 10 minute stroll from the Palms at Wailea. This beach is world famous for its great snorkeling and long walking beach. The Palms at Wailea is a gorgeous property; lush with tropical landscaping. There is a large pool and hot tub that is perfect for sunbathing and has a magnificent view of the ocean from the pool area. We are pleased that our properties at the Palms at Wailea have been chosen to be featured in the number 1 selling book "Maui Revealed" and their website. These properties were chosen because of their superior quality and great rates!
    ** Important Notice: The pool area will be closed Sept. 15-18, 2026, for annual maintenance. The nearest white sandy beach is a short 2-minute drive or 10-minute walk from the Palms at Wailea entrance. **

Great location and very clean condo however the main mattress needs to be replaced it has two dents on the sides and a large hump in the middle. Not ideal for getting a good nights rest.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo is really good value for the money. There are a few minor downsides: no ocean view from the lanai. You have to walk a few steps onto the back lawn to see the ocean, but then the vista is spectacular. There is no central air, just a split unit in the master bedroom, but that was enough to keep things comfortable. And it's about a ten minute walk to get to the beach. But the upside is that the unit is a lot less expensive than you would pay for a place on the beach or even just an ocean view. It's a really good value for the price. The complex is quiet and well-maintained. The pool is very nice. And the location is about as good as you can get without being on the beach. We'd happily stay here again.

The unit was clean and well maintained. Everything we needed for our short stay was provided. Pool is very nice, water is warm. Easy drive to several of our favorite beaches and the Shops at Wailea.

All good nicely upgraded very clean and extra things like beach chairs snorkeling gear large umbrellas. Bottom floor easy access nice space outside with nice chairs and BBQ. This place has it all!!!

The property had everything we needed including beach chairs, towels and a boogie board. Appliances were a little dated but functional - the dryer was loud and squeaky - so set it and leave the house :) The pool, hot tub and view of the sunset from the property were wonderful!

8th time staying at the palms. We live the property and location.

Great but the unit needs an a/c in the main area and some maintenance. Slider doors locks broken and hard to open. Bathrooms are partially remodeled and nice. They give you tons of towels. Overall a very nice unit though. Mattresses are great.

May stay

All was good except the second bedroom was very hot and never really cooled down. One of the fans didn’t work very well and had to buy one, which we left behind. Other than that all went well.
