Palms at Wailea #1207 Ground Floor Unit, Near Complex Pool and Shared Hot Tub

Palms at Wailea #1207 is a lovely ground-floor unit at a much sought-after complex. It is a spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bath unit with a fully equipped kitchen, renovated bathrooms, new flooring throughout, washer and dryer, and wifi. The primary bedroom is equipped with split system A/C as well as a ceiling fan and features a king-sized bed, a SmartTV, and an en suite bathroom. The guest bedroom features twin beds and a ceiling fan. Both bathrooms have been renovated and feature walk-in showers. The living room includes a queen sofa bed, a ceiling fan, and a television. Beach chairs and beach towels are provided in Palms at Wailea #1207 for your use. There are a few steps leading up to this ground-floor unit.
Same day bookings and those arriving within 48 hours of making the reservation requires a phone call to Rentals Maui for confirmation.
Bookings made within 7 days of arrival will require an ID check and screening prior to confirmation.
Longer stays require additional terms and conditions. Please contact Rentals Maui for inquiries longer than 60 nights.
We work to maintain a very accurate website. At times furniture, decor or flooring may be upgraded and pictures are not updated yet. This would not change the seating, sleeping, function or views of the condo. Amenities are accurately and clearly listed for your convenience.
The fabulous Keawakapu Beach is just a short 10 minute stroll from the Palms at Wailea. This beach is world famous for its great snorkeling and long walking beach. The Palms at Wailea is a gorgeous property; lush with tropical landscaping. There is a large pool and hot tub that is perfect for sunbathing and has a magnificent view of the ocean from the pool area. We are pleased that our properties at the Palms at Wailea have been chosen to be featured in the number 1 selling book "Maui Revealed" and their website. These properties were chosen because of their superior quality and great rates!
** Important Notice: The pool area will be closed Sept. 15-18, 2026, for annual maintenance. The nearest white sandy beach is a short 2-minute drive or 10-minute walk from the Palms at Wailea entrance. **

An amazing and beautiful place, at a great price. Gorgeous inner courtyard with rolling green hills, views of the sea, and pool access 10 feet away. One of the most comfortable mattresses I've ever slept on. Everything was completely clean, didn't see a single bug in the house my entire trip. Fully modern kitchen with every appliance you need. 100% better than the waaaaay over priced hotels in this area.Comes with free parking too (you should def rent a car btw; we tried walking for 2 days but its too much).

Excellent experience

We stayed with a family of 4 for 7 nights. Truly wonderful experience. Great central location. Unit was clean and well updated. Pictures are an accurate depiction. Many helpful amenities including several useful beach items in the main bedroom closet. A/C in main bedroom was nice; secondary room got a bit warm but we utilized the floor fans in that room. Outdoor space was perfect. Enjoyed the convenience of the ground level and did not miss out on any views (not being in a unit with a second floor balcony). Parking was close and convenient to the unit. Dumpster was also close. Loved having the laundry in the unit. Suggestions to the owners: add suction hooks in shower for hanging wet swimwear, install a hose reel to keep in from sitting in a pile on the patio, add a second 'recycle' trash bin under the kitchen sink. Only 'complaint' would be the tiny bugs all over in the kitchen - but this is probably just part of island life and they were a nuisance but did not impact our stay significantly...we just kept all food in the fridge/freezer. Will definitely stay again on a future visit!!

Overall we were happy with our stay. Only disappointment was that it said the unit had ac. Well it did, but only in the master bedroom. Which isn’t where we all hung out or where our kids slept. Also the master bathroom shower did not drain AT ALL. It was nasty to shower in cold standing water wondering how many other guests nastiness was clogging it up; so we didn’t. Water would still be there the next day. So we all had to use the other shower. It’s also gross because it also shows no one cleaned the shower between guests or they would have known it didn’t drain and reported it to the property manager.

A large move up from 902 the dump at Maui Palms

All good nicely upgraded very clean and extra things like beach chairs snorkeling gear large umbrellas. Bottom floor easy access nice space outside with nice chairs and BBQ. This place has it all!!!

8th time staying at the palms. We live the property and location.

Great but the unit needs an a/c in the main area and some maintenance. Slider doors locks broken and hard to open. Bathrooms are partially remodeled and nice. They give you tons of towels. Overall a very nice unit though. Mattresses are great.
