Posted 10/2/26, updated 10/23/26: Koa Resort Phase 1 Sidewalk Replacement. This phase includes the walkway at the cabana, Building 1 and Building 2, the courtyard walkway between Building 3 and 4 and the walkway between Building 4 and 5. The final concrete pour in front of Building 2 and near the cabana is scheduled for 10/23/26, and the concrete needs about 24 hours to cure before it can be walked on. Work areas are blocked off and alternate routes are marked.
