great host, great place! We loved the location and the view. The place was spotless. Only thing I would recommend is a loveseat or extra chair in living area, but the bar stools are super comfy as well as the couch. the beds were comfy, and there were plenty of towels, pool toys, beach chairs, snorkel gear, etc. we added a couple of extra pool noodles to the mix for the next guest. :) we loved our stay here and woudl definitely stay again

Had a great time at the condo. Our host was easy to get ahold of and easy to communicate with throughout our stay. The condo was in a great location close to the beach, shopping and everything else we needed. Would highly recommend!

Very helpful and available host in getting the ball rolling. Great location, close to the beaches, grocery stories, tourist shops and eateries.The two story spacious condo could easily house comfortably. Nicely decorated interior with all the amenities advertised. Great pool and low traffic for a personal experience. Would stay again!

This condo was a great stay with easy access to some lovely nearby beaches. Make sure to bring your own kitchen and bathroom supplies. Shower body soap was already empty when we got there, and there were only bare-bones kitchen supplies as well as no spices aside from salt. However, none of this would stop us from staying there again!

We stayed for a about 11 days and this was a perfect place for our family- it felt like home. A few particularly outstanding points: Location! The beach is just down a long driveway and the apartment was stocked with appropriate beach equipment for both adults and kids. Communication with the host was exceptional. I have to note that we had a medical emergency and the host was not only incredibly quick to respond but caring and thoughtful in a way I could not have imagined. What could have been a nightmare scenario for us medically was met with such grace by the host who helped us get what we needed to be medically sound to fly home. That, above all, will be remembered and with appreciation.

Walking distance to the beach

Very cool unit to stay in! The parking situation was really easy and not far to walk. The beach is also a 5 minute walk away. The view from the unit was really pretty too. The communication with the unit owner was also great. He answered and helped me right away with any questions. I’d definitely stay there again!

Perfect family getaway spot

We had a wonderful 9 night stay in this condo! General comments: Clear and timely communication with the host ahead of/during our stay. Thorough welcome package with instructions so we knew how to get there from the airport, parking, check-in/entry info, wifi and everything we'd need to know about the condo. Accommodations: - clean and had some basic supplies stocked for arrival (toilet paper, paper towels, laundry detergent, dish soaps, shampoo/conditioner/bodywash/hair dryer). - lots of bathroom towels as well as beach towels- kitchen nicely renovated and had all the bits and pieces we needed to make our stay comfortable- beds were all comfortable with lots of pillows to choose from. It was amazing to have 2 double beds upstairs so our 10 and 13 year olds had their own space. what a difference that made!!! - As per the picture there was a closet filled with beach gear. chairs, boogie boards, snorkels, sand toys, and a nice big sturdy umbrella- the main area has a very comfy couch (not a sofa bed but can easily sleep on it!) and while there is not a table and chairs inside we ate on the lanai a lot and between the couch and the stools at the island lots of ease to eat inside as well. - while the weather was hot between all of the fans, the cross breeze from the lanai and front door and the ac the condo was always at a great temperature (and we don't love sleeping in the heat so this worked great). location: can't beat the central location!

Wonderful location

Maui is beautiful. This is a great choice , and a great location, a few dislikes- The condo itself is a bit dusty, the bed is creeky , but overall it was a wonderful. The kitchen is newly renovated, and all the beach gear was awesome to have!

Amazing location

Our host Zapher was great in supplying us with all the information for an amazing stay! Centrally located to shops, restaurants and beach. Beach gear is in great condition so we didn't need to rent snorkeling gear. Highly recommend staying here! Thanks so much, we will be back.

Great location!

Had another wonderful stay in Kihei with one of the best locations ever. Great food nearby, beach right there. A/C worked great when needed. Nice pool. Good amount of beach gear and toys. Great communication with manager.

Nice fun unit conveniently located in Kihei, nice mountain view! Easy parking with elevator close by. Short short walk down to coffee, breakfast, gifts, beach and more. Unit worked well for 4 people. Nice open views of the West Maui mountains. Air conditioner in all areas. Complex was clean and quiet.

Great Location

This condo worked great for our family, close to beach, restaurants, shopping. Short drive to airport. Easy access to all parts of the island. Multiple beds in loft worked perfectly for our teenage kids. Took advantage of the provided beach equipment also. The few issues we had were solved quickly by owner. Only downside is it is a bit older/dated, but not an issue for our family. Would stay again.

Wonderful Place to Stay in Kihei - Loaded with Amenities!

Zapher is a wonderful host - easy communication via app or phone, and very responsive. We had such a good time and his place was perfect for our family. The decor is definitely unique and gives it a special island charm. The location is perfect and the amenities are great. Every place you want to eat and drink is nearby and convenient by foot or car. Parking is easy. We enjoyed the pool, hot tub, and even the sauna a couple of times, too. The new central air conditioning was great and the TV with cable and streaming apps was, too! We are so thankful to have been able to use all of the available beach and swim gear - from the chairs, umbrella, boogie boards, snorkeling gear, life vests, and sand toys. We used them daily and the kids had so much fun venturing farther out in the water and us parents enjoying the seats in the shade! Thank you so much for having these available for us to use!!! Thank you again for sharing your Kihei home with us! We highly recommend it!

Location, location , location

The house worked very well for our family. We loved the relaxed vibe of the residence - it felt more like we were spending time at the home of a friend than a generic condo. The location was really convenient, an easy drive from the airport and once we arrived we were pleased to see so many great places within walking distance - and when we needed to drive, it was very well positioned to get to many beaches, restaurants, etc.
