  • The Makai Suite (by the ocean) is the largest and closest suite in the desired F Building to Maui's famous and best Kamaole Beach, Kamaole 2. This spacious condo offers stunning ocean views. luxurious finishes and an exotic, gourmet kitchen. I have the closest possible parking spot, right beside the accessible spot!!! I often host parties of 8! Maui Banyan boasts lushly landscaped grounds with 2 pools & 2 hot tubs, tennis, and several BBQ'ing/outdoor eating areas. The F building is the only building featuring its own private lawn with picnic table and BBQ. It is a great place for kids to play, while Mom or Dad is running the BBQ. This property features a front desk and 24 hour security, concierge services and is walking distance to all of the fun restaurants and shopping that South Kihei is known for! A quick note on the Kamaole Beaches. Kamaole 1 is murky and rough (less so at the South end) and Kamaole 3 has no lifeguard and is rough and has a small shoreline . Kamaole 2 is the crown jewel of the Kamaole Beaches, and this condo is just steps away!!!

    This condo has one of the few, reserved parking spots in the F building which is there for your exclusive use, right next to the accessible parking spot, for your entire stay. This is very convenient for coming and going. loading and unloading!

    Have the peace of mind of staying with a Premier Partner in a premium property with 5 star reviews!

    This building is cement block construction and is very quiet inside the suite. This unit offers the best location as it is closest to the ocean, has trememdous views and finishes and is far away from the speed bumps on the driveway in, which makes for annoying, repetive noises in some of the units a few doors down, closer to the parking lot (check Google Earth).

Second trip to Kihei. Absolutely loved this condo. Location is perfect. super clean. Lisa was accommodating and responsive. She was a joy to work with. The small things are what really added to the experience. Meaning there were basic condiments available cleaning supplies some paper products so after a long trip, shopping was less urgent. And when you’re on vacation, anything that makes things less urgent adds to the experience. If I were to own a short term rental, this is how I’d like it managed.

Amazing location in Kihei

We had a great time at this condo in Kihei. The location is great, it was very walkable to restaurants and shops and didn’t realize how much we would appreciate it until we were there. Kamaole beach park II is directly across the street and was an amazing beach, and we used the snorkel equipment available in the unit to see sea turtles off the reef at the south side of the beach. Really enjoyed the pool and hot tub as well. Would definitely stay here again, and also get the cinnamon buns down the street!

Kihei Maui Banyan Stay F102

This place was right across the street from Kam II beach. There were shops and places to eat within a couple blocks. The kitchen was well-equipped. There were beach towels, snorkel sets and a sand bucket with toys. The pool and hot tub were great temperatures and clean. It was a great place to vacation.

Business Stay

I booked my employees to stay there while on a business trip, unfortunately they never made it to the beach, but they liked the space and the all the great conveniences of home such as laundry, and the full kitchen. They would like to stay there again if they get sent back.

Lisa definitely added the special touches to make it more comfortable here. The pool was warm and the hot tub was super hot. Great spot and great host. You are welcomed with a goodie basket full of Maui treats that were delish!

We really enjoyed our stay with our family @ Lisa's condo. Perfect location with the unit being on the ground floor & beach being directly across the street. Loved sitting out on the Lanai in the morning with a cup of coffee listening to the birds & waves!!!

My friends and I went to Maui for a quick 2 day, 1 night trip. Lisa was very kind and accommodating. The apartment was very clean and comfortable. We appreciated all the small touches that made the apartment feel like a home away from home.

Excellent property exactly as described

Stayed there July 15-21 2023 The unit is stocked with everything you could want. Was the best stocked kitchen of all my rental stays. Parking was never a problem and the beach is right across the street with great sand also on the ocean bottom. There are plenty of restaurants within a 5-10 minute walk. The host Lisa was extremely responsive and the instructions were clear. There is one queen bed and another bedroom with 2 double beds. I would definitely stay there again.

Grandma and family Maui Banyan vacation

The unit was fine. Thankfully my children and grandchildren had a wonderful time in Maui.My review is regarding an accusation of 9 family members staying in a 2 bedroom unit. We were a family of 9 with 2 units. T building, 5 family members, F building, 4 family members.This is part of a much more involved story, hence the 1 rating given to us.One thing I would suggest, all payments should be made through the VRBO platform

Very nice Condo

Very nice condo in a great location. Walk across the street to watch beautiful sunsets. Very close to shopping, restaurants, and beach. A lovely gift basket was waiting for us when we entered. Lisa had everything we could want from beach chairs, towels, to personal items in the shower. Lisa was very responsive to any question or issue. The only issue would be to have a better organized parking garage. Each day we spent a lot of time hunting for a parking spot. I would definitely rent from Lisa again and at this location.

Memory making trip for grandchildren

Our family, (Grandparents, daughter, two grandsons 7;10; and son-in-law) booked this condo for a seven day "after Christmas" visit. We could not have been happier. The condo was large enough to accomodate all of us in two separate bedroom - bathroom suites; the kitchen was fully stocked, there was a television, pool, and best of all, the beach was just a block away and we had a view of the water from the bedroom. There were boogie boards, beach chairs, and plenty of towels. We were pleased to find snacks and other necessities available for our stay. Lisa, the owner, responded promptly to questions and was very congenial. Our garndsons had a fabulous time on their first visit to Hawaii and so did everyone else. We even saw a sea turtle up close in the tide pools which was a treat for the boys. Great condo - magical trip!

Kam II beach is beautiful and the proximal location to the beach was great. The condo was certainly very spacious and comfortable although the mattress in the master bedroom was much too soft for my liking. The condo was indeed in the corner of the complex closest to the beach but the ground level location made the whole unit extremely dark; it received no natural light. If you stood on the small patio, on a chair to look over the shrubs, maybe you could see the beach. Additionally, the street level location resulted in excess noise and minimal privacy. Parking was also an issue although that could be an anomaly related to the busy Thanksgiving weekend. Certainly a pleasant stay but a little disappointing.

My cup runneth over !!!

This was my first time using Vrbo and I was skeptical. I was worried we would arrive at our destination and wouldn’t actually have a place to stay. Once I arrived, I quickly learned the only problem was myself. I am in my 50’s and new to using apps and codes and my phone for everything I do. I had everything I needed except for the door code. The owner of the condo responded immediately and we were in within minutes. She was amazing and courteous and very patient with me. Condo was better than described and we had the trip of a lifetime. There is no need to search the island for a beach because the one directly across from our room was amazing (from surf to sunset). Quick note …. Beds were comfortable and the furnishings were impressive. Loved every second. Thank you…. We will be back.
