This condo is located on the south end of Kihei, right across the street from the Kamaole I and Kamaole II Beaches. Two local favorites, Cinnamon Roll Place and Da Kitchen, are just a short walk south on South Kihei Road, and you can enjoy sunset happy hours on the top floor of Moose's half a mile south and directly across from the beach. For some amazing snorkeling or paddleboarding, Charley Young Beach is less than a mile north; if you need snorkel gear, Boss Frog's has it for purchase or rent in the adjacent shopping center.

Noise from adjacent stores

The cooling equipment from the near by buildings created a constant noise which made sitting on the lanai less than pleasant. Condo was a little dated but very clean and functional.

Très bien

L'appartement est très bien situé. À 5 minutes à pieds de la plage et proche du Safeway en voiture. Quelques restaurants accessible à pied ainsi qu'une station service avec un ABC store. L'appartement était très propre et avait tout le nécessaire de cuisine ainsi que les chaises de plage, parasol et glacière. Le seule problème est que nous sommes arrivés à 11:00 le soir et que nous n'avions pas beaucoup d'indication du lieu exact de l'appartement dans le complexe. Nous avons cherché au moins 45 minutes. Une meilleure explication pour se rendre à l'appartement pourrait être envoyé. Par contre une fois installé, tout était parfait En résumé, nous avons vraiment apprécié cet endroit et nous le recommandons fortement. Kihei est parfait pour les vacances en famille!

Great time at Maui

Definitely good location just one block from the beach, the unit had all the things we could need from the kitchen to the bathroom. We spend a great time and we will definitely go back here.

The condo was clean and well stocked. Beautiful white sand beach right across the street. Numerous places to eat from cafes to fine dining within a couple blocks. We saw the whales from the beach every day. Mornings on the patio we were entertained by the roosters, hens and baby chicks, while listening to a choir of singing birds. Negatives were the view is actually of the parking lot, dumpster and smoking bench with a small view of the ocean over the building in front. The picture on the site edited to only show the ocean. Super disappointed about that. The TV is very small for a standard living room TV. Overall great condo and location. We will opt for oceanfront on our next visit. Vacasa was wonderful to work with.

We found the cockroach problem in the kitchen not pleasant. We ended up keeping all our food and plates utensils in the fridge. The condo needed a deep roach clean the exterminator sent told us and the spraying he did would not solve the problem, which it didn’t. We know it didn’t occur after we left either because the unit was rented out the day we left. The owners need to clean out the kitchen completely and do a roach clean. There is bug feces everywhere in the cupboards as well as dead roaches. So even though the condo was in a good location that ruined the stay for us.

Nice property, horrible parking

This property was very nice. Very clean, huge kitchen, met most of our needs. The parking, however, is horrible. If one of the very few spots by our building wasn't available, you had to park up the hill at the back of the whole property. You then either had to walk down the driveway or an extremely convoluted path threw the other buildings. Also, the elevator was out on the last two days of our stay. Being on the third floor it was a hassle to bring down all of our luggage. Overall a good stay but may not consider it again due to the parking.

Our First VRBO and Our First Visit to Maui

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and felt that it was incredibly close to the beach and within walking distance to various restaurants. The property itself was immaculately clean and it had a lot of amenities that we needed. We felt really taken care of and we would highly recommend this particular property to our family and friends. In fact, we didn’t want to leave. We hope to capture this beautiful experience again and again. Mahalo!!!

My wife and I absolutely loved this complex. Very clean, everything one needed to make it feel like home. Excellent location in the complex as well to fabulous restaurants, shopping, Kamaole beach 1 as well as a great ocean view. We even watched whales from the Lanai while enjoying our morning coffee. Carol was the best to deal with and made sure we didn't want for anything and was always available threw email and very prompt. A safe was provided in this unit which made my wife very happy. Highly recommend this Condo to anyone looking for a homey comfortable clean unit. We have stayed in different units in this complex and highly recommend this one. Thank you Carol for sharing your home with us and we so appreciate the extent you went to ensure we were completely accommodated. We are looking forward to next year already Mahalo D&C

We loved Maui. We ere here for three weeks and there were so many places to explore great beaches!

The property was as described and better. We had everything we wanted. We cooked about two thirds of our meals during our 3 weeks. Kitchrn had everything needed for that. The weather was perfect it only rained two of the days we were there. We had a couple of very small issues to raise and they were dealt with immediately by the management company. The condo was very comfortable so when we needed down time it felt good to be there. We were just a block from the entrance to one of three very close beaches. A little shopping mall was close by so could easily walk to restaurants and shops When not at beach. Kitchen and bathroom are brand new and washer and dryer also brand new. Park next to beach is were we went for sunset each night. Loved doing that. Again just a block from condo. Bed was very comfortable. Leaving balcony door open and locked screen security front door opened created nice breeze in the condo so no need to use air conditioner the whole time we weee there. We were lucky the temperature outside was not real hot for our three weeks. Loved this place and it's location. They also have pool area with a pool and hot tub. In that area were great grilling facilities so you could use it to cook steaks and chicken. I would definitely stay here again.

Our stay was totally without a problems. None of those minor problems usually encountered.

This property is quiet, very well maintained, and convenient to virtually everything. We have stayed in at least 8 other properties in the area and consider this to be the best of the bunch. We will definitely return on our next trip to Maui.
