"COVID-19: Dear travelers. Even though we have always maintained an exceptionally clean property, you can rest assured that we are following the guidelines of the CDC and Expedia/VRBO for enhanced cleaning and disinfecting of short term rentals. Additionally, the State of Hawaii has adhered to one of the strictest quarantine policies in the U.S."

This beautiful unit has just been renovated 2 years ago. Its modern and fresh appearance will make your stay very comfortable. Located on the ground floor, this unit has a very easy access from the parking lot.
Master bedroom suite is furnished with King bed, flat screen TV and air conditioner. Safe is available as well.
There is a second full bathroom.
Spacious living room and dining room. There is a bar with stools for socializing during meals preparations.
This unit is steps away from the pool and the beach. The private and shaded lanais allow you to have all your meals outside and enjoy the beautiful sunsets Maui can offer. We offer new air conditioning in living room and in the bedroom. Condo has a walk in shower and a tub as well. Unit has a very comfortable sofa bed, with a memory foam mattress.
Linens, towels, beach towels are provided.

The unit was large, spotless, well stocked, and comfortable. It is in a great location in the community, with easy access to the quiet pool. The main pool and beach were a short walk downhill. The grounds of the community are absolutely beautiful. Communication was very clear. We had a wonderful stay and would love to return.

We spent 7 days here and absolutely loved it. The location is excellent — close to the pools and the beach, yet wonderfully private and quiet. The condo was thoughtfully stocked with everything we could possibly need, from Q-tips and kitchen supplies to beach gear and even pickleball sets. The shaded lanai facing the ocean was a special treat — perfect for morning coffee or sunset relaxation. Simone was a wonderful host! We couldn’t have asked for a better stay and will definitely be coming back!

A wonderful place to stay. So glad we stayed in building 29 because it had an ocean view, was 30 yards from the quiet pool and was only about a third of the way up the steep hill from the beach/main pool area. Spacious unit that was very well stocked. Had everything we needed (beach chairs, towels, etc). Didn't use the pullout but cooked a lot. Communication with Simone was great too. Morning walks on the beach and Wailea path were awesome every morning.

Wonderful experience.

We stayed 7 days , myself with my wife and two kids, 12 and 15. The place is as advertised and even better than we hoped. Quiet location with wonderful views of ocean sunsets from the lanai and the soothing sounds of the waves accompanied me with my morning coffee. The beach is a short walk, so convenient as no car use was necessary. We would often go towards Mokapu Beach Park and Ulua Beach. This was a great area for snorkeling in the early mornings. The unit came with a well equipped kitchen. There was also 4 beach chairs we used and even a couple of boogie boards the kids used a few times. When we wanted to dine out downtown Kihei was just a short drive as well as quick access to local grocery stores. Before arriving Simone was responsive to our questions and when the control for one of the ceiling fans was not working she had a replacement battery dropped off, on a Sunday that happened to be Father’s Day no less. We hope to one day return and will definitely try to book this unit again. Highly recommend!

What a GEM!!

Simone's place was absolutely one of the best I've stay at on VRBO and I don't say that lightly as I've traveled a lot. To begin, the place looks exactly as its listing photos. The setting and view is absolutely beautiful, amongst being a small jaunt down to the pool. Next the bed was gloriously comfortable and while I was jetlagged I was VERY happy to stay in bed and relax. The kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed for breakfast lunch and dinner. The back lanai off the bedroom was great to hang our wet suits on the tree to dry. The back lanai was so peaceful to enjoy our dinners and the sunsets were perfect. Getting in was super easy with a nice easy code to remember to unlock the place. parking was a breeze. I highly recommend staying here, it is such a dream and you get so much more than what you pay for. Plus, Simone was quick with response if we had any questions or needs.

So, you can go to the pool and leave the condo locked up. Other places we stayed only have sliding doors, which can’t be locked on the outside.We didn’t need to contact Simone for much but when we did she was very responsive and helpful.ConsA bit tired, could use a coat of paint in some areas.Towels, just my preference, but I like white towels. Or at least solid colours without texture. Long and short, I would stay here again and would recommend it.

We really enjoyed our stay! Really nice apartment and very thoughtful host. (We had originally booked for a year ago but had to cancel due to the fires, and Simone could not have been more helpful.) So happy we were able to make it this year!

This is a fantastic location to stay on Maui

We had an amazing time at this Wailea Ekahi townhome. The view off the patio is amazing for sunsets, and ocean views. We love the close proximity to Keawakapu Beach, just a hundred yards or so to the beach. The access through the resort pool area is also perfect, with beach showers in the resort area. We will definitely be back.

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful property that felt just like home. It truly is steps from the quiet pool and less than 5 mins from the beach and a second pool. The place was clean, comfortable, and replete with all the essentials. Simone was quick to respond with questions and was utterly gracious. Thanks for making our stay in Maui such a memorable one. We can’t wait for our return to Wailea and won’t hesitate to rebook this property!

Special place

Third or fourth visit to this unit now, so obviously very happy with it and look forward to each return. The unit itself and location are primo, but what sets it apart for us is engaging with the property manager, Simone, who's the absolute best! Besides being exceptional at her job (with "nice little differentiating touches" says the wife), Simone is super friendly, flexible, and good with comms. An A+ every time.

Our Maui Trip

This was a much needed vacation for my family. We got to enjoy this beautiful unit which was steps away from two pools and the beach. My daughter had a blast and what was really nice was the beach chairs, towels, sand toys, pool noodles, umbrellas are all included in the unit for use. We will definitely be coming back and hopefully renting the same unit. Simone, the property manager was super easy to work with. Ahui Ho. Maui No Ka Oi.

Beautiful Hawaiian Escape

The decor is classic elegant Hawaiiana, with a gorgeous view of the ocean. Everything you need is there including beach towels chairs boogie boards, and a fully stocked kitchen. The lanai is perfect for relaxing, and the short walk to the beach on a beautiful grassy open area is spectacular. The beach is amazing and easily accessible through a gate by the pool. We will be back!

Short stay at Ekahi 29C

We had a wonderful stay at this location. The unit was clean and very well organized. Kitchen was fully operational. We loved the view from the lanai. Simone was very responsive. Even though the VRBO app was not responding in my phone when I needed the direction and house code, I reached out to Simone and got prompt responses. There were clear instructions for parking and other facilities. Overall, we had a wonderful vacation.
