Aloha & welcome to Condo B15, a 4-BEDS / 2-BATHS townhouse-style home on the 2nd level (no elevator) at Kihei Sands Condominiums!

This welcoming, comfortable condo is decorated with a TROPICAL feel & is ready to be your vacation home away from home for up to SIX people. Please note: 4 BEDS, not bedrooms.

Everyone will stay comfortable with the high-end, whisper quiet Mitsubishi 3-ZONE SPLIT A/C system located in the living area, downstairs bedroom & upstairs sleeping areas. We also have ceiling fans throughout to keep the air moving & cool.

The living area has a corner sectional sofa that seats 6 comfortably & a FLAT SCREEN TV for streaming your favorite shows after playing in the sunshine all day.

The kitchen is FULLY STOCKED with essentials & is equipped with everything you’ll need to prepare fabulous meals & ono grinds (delicious meals) on the occasions you aren't feasting at one of Maui's exceptional restaurants.

The dining table seats 6 - perfect for playing cards and games. The small private BALCONY seats another 2 - perfect for a cup of coffee while still in your pajamas, or an evening beverage after the kids have gone to bed.

The downstairs bedroom has a luxurious KING BED with sumptuous Tommy Bahama bedding and a large dresser for unpacking in order to fully feel at home, a TV for those who prefer private viewing time, & phone/device chargers.

The upstairs open-air loft also has a luxurious king bed and bedding with a top-of-the-line ensuite bathroom, complete with double sinks and a walk-in shower with safety bars. This open loft has also has 2 TWIN BEDS. These sleeping areas are open to each other & are perfect for parents with two children. There is a pocket door for visual privacy, however please note there is no soundproofing.

Our beachfront patio has dining tables with umbrellas, plenty of seating, and 2 BBQ grills - perfect for families to gather or for meeting new friends. During high season (Dec-April) OCEANFRONT patio is perfect for watching humpback whales (mamas with calves & their guardian males) as they teach their newborn calves how to breach, slap their fins & tails and spy hop. It'll take your breath away!

Less than 15 mins away away you'll find GROCERY STORES & COSTCO (stop on your way from the airport!), shopping for all pocketbooks & plenty of restaurant options. Ask our team members for recommendations!

A Maui Revealed book in your condo will assist with planning your adventures. Your beach vacation wouldn't be complete without beach chairs, umbrellas, water toys, coolers & beach towels - ALL PROVIDED FOR YOU. Swimsuits, sunscreen & slippahs (sandals) are all you'll need to bring!

Our perfectly manicured grounds will tempt you to stay & relax at the POOL, sunbathe on the BEACH or occupy a lounge chair under an umbrella (or palm tree) with a good beach read.

You'll find a LIBRARY in the coin-op laundromats, located on the makai end (ocean) of each floor.

A 5-minute sandy walk to the pier and you’ll find a collection of local treasures: a Farmer’s Market featuring local fruits & veggies; Ululani's Shave Ice; Sugar Beach Bake Shop & an ABC convenience store. You'll undoubtedly find yourself headed there for treats & forgotten items.

We’ve provided hand soap, dish soap, dishwasher pods, trash can liners, new sponge & one roll of paper towels in the kitchen. Each bath has a hairdryer, two bars of soap & three rolls of TP. You'll replenish paper items as needed. Purchase your favorite bath products and essentials locally or bring them from home.

North Kihei Charm

Lovely, clean property you can tell the staff take a lot of pride in. Coffee each morning on the beachfront patio was a highlight. Condo was well-equipped with everything needed, comfortable accommodations. Even had 5 Tommy Bahama chairs, perfect for our crew! Mahalo for the memories!

Great Location - Lackluster Property

If you're looking for a great location, this is it. However, we weren't blown away by anything this condo offered and it wasn't the best experience overall. We arrived on the island a couple hours early and knew we had to burn some time so we went sightseeing and shopping. At 3:45pm, we arrived since it was after the 3:00pm check-in to find out condo still being cleaned. The property manager let us know the previous guests had made a mess of the place. While it only took another 15 minutes or so to get in, a text or call earlier would have been nice so we wouldn't have to arrive and wait. We were given 100 in gift cards to a lunch spot in Kihei that was mediocre, but the gesture was appreciated. Once inside, the condo was small, but correct to it's listing description. However, we found a number of dirty items in the kitchen. The bathrooms don't have shower doors so just a heads up that you'll have to lay down 3 towels to keep the floors from getting slick. The narrow stairway makes it difficult to carry luggage up and down, so be mindful of that. Overall, we didn't spend too much time in the condo and enjoyed the beach and the island so we just settled with the condo and it's imperfections. If you're wanting more comforts and cleanliness on Maui, look nearby but not here.

A peaceful retreat on the beach

We stayed here for four days. Perfect for my husband and I and our two adult children. We just loved it! The condo development is small, quiet and just so lovely. We spent as much time outside enjoying the beach setting. Located in longest sand beach on Maui you'll love the morning walks. The condo has a great common area for grilling, eating, swimming, relaxing and looking out at the beautiful scenery. Our condo had everything we needed. We absolutely loved Maui, centrally located so you can get everywhere very easily for touristy excursions. We loved everything about our stay. Dreamy and wonderful memories.

Great stay on Sugar Beach

Nice property with beach access and a lovely pool. We stayed in season for whale watching and saw breaching whales from the beach! Property is well maintained and a great access point for the many attractions of Maui.

Best place to stay

Kihei Sands knocked it out of the park. Flawless check-in, flawless check-out and everything in between was perfect. Great communication, very hospitable, just an overall A+. Six of us stayed in the three bedroom, two bath condo and we had everything we needed. I recommend it over and over again and will definitely be back.

Last stop on our Hawaii trip

The unit was clean and everything was functional. We had 6 adults staying here and it was a bit small for our group. Had it been a group with a couple of kids it would have been more appropriate. Pictures make the unit appear a bit bigger. Property was beautiful and we loved the back patio and pool. We were in the ocean a couple times behind the condo as well. The unit is a bit outdated but again it worked for us. We were not in it a lot - we spent our days out exploring the island.

Nice condo for our getaway

Condo was comfy and accurate in description. Enjoyed being on the beach which allowed my wife and toddler to go on morning walks on the sand. Waves were slightly too large for our toddler to play in. The facility was nice in that it allowed use of community grills on the patio and access to beach equipment including chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, and toys. Really enjoyed our time.

Great Vacation

This property was clean and comfortable. The kitchen is fully equipped and the beds were comfortable. Great beach access. The property managers are very knowledgeable and told us the best places to go to do various activities. Would stay at this property again.

Kihei condo on the beach

We loved being close to the beach. We enjoyed using the extra equipment left by others. There really were plenty of chairs and boogie boards. Enjoyed the pool and the chairs on property. Parking lot is tight and small and teeny, mini van with sliding doors helped make that better. We felt close to anywhere we wanted to go. Near a local farmers' market, shave ice and a little store. Would definitely recommend this place!!!

Inaccurate listing, unpleasant stay

Inaccurate listing — i expected the 3rd Bedroom to be a full bedroom instead of a part of the upstairs 2nd bedroom. No privacy at all. Also it was supposed to have 2 queen beds instead it was 2 tiny twin beds. The upstairs bedroom was also not enclosed so every sound from the living room could be heard. The only privacy was from the downstairs bedroom. It was implied that the washer/dryer was in the unit, but instead was a shared laundry room. Otherwise the property was ok and property manager was communicative and nice. The pillows and the 2 King beds were very comfortable.

really great location on the beach

It was as we hoped , right there on Sugar Sand Beach. So it was great being able to take morning and evening walks. The kitchen had a lot of pots and pans and dishes. The knives were not sharp, and no sharpness, so we bought new ones. The condo is small, but we wearable to make do . The downstairs bed was comfortable, but my son in law felt the upstairs one was not and with the heat, woke up several times during the night. The owner did refund some money , since the air conditioners didn't work for our stay. He is having it fixed, important details about following the directions, and it doesn't just blow out icy air. Electricity is expensive in Maui , along with everything else. It's in a small condo unit and some of the units are actually lived in. It felt homey. There were bogy boards for the grand kids. We also bought a chair and umbrella and left them there for people to use. It's that kinda of place. homey and neighborhood like , great for families. one thingI didn't like, VRBO charges a substantial amount for using their app. which was not understood by me.

Amazing!

We stayed for a week and explored all of Maui. The condo was perfectly located in the middle of the island. We went to ma y beaches but the one right front if the condo was one of our favorites. Connie was super helpful and kind. We would definitely stay here again!!

Family Vacation Fun!

My husband and 2 young kids and my Mother stayed for a week over 4th of July. The location is fabulous, the kitchen was fully stocked and the condo had ample space. We all really enjoyed our vacation and this location!

Great Beachfront Condo On Quiet Beach

We had a wonderful 4 night stay at Kihei Sands. The beach is so peaceful and uncrowded. This was a great base from which to do Haleakala Sunrise, and to start the road to Hana. Ululani’s Shave Ice is a short walk away…. recommend it daily! We also enjoyed Kihei Cafe twice for breakfast. The Kihei Sands facility is fantastic, like having a private beach. The staff are great, they even rescued my daughters stuffed animal and saved it until we returned from Hana. I highly recommend this property.
