This newly remodeled in 2021 second floor 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom condo has an open floor plan, large lanai that looks out to the Ocean. Complimentary high-speed internet is included.

Elua Village is a premier destination resort, with 2 pools, Jacuzzi and work out gym. Located in the heart of Wailea, nestled between the Marriott and the Andaz, just steps away from one of the most beautiful beaches in Maui - Ulua Beach, offering great snorkeling and diving. The Shops at Wailea are just a 5 minute walk, where some consider the Rodeo Drive of Hawaii, featuring shops like Louis Vuitton, Gucci, Prada, Tiffany and Co. and many more.

This village encompasses 24 acres with walking paths to the nearby Hotels, Shops and Beaches. Guests can enjoy the convenience of nearby shopping, dinning as well as tennis and golf.

Excellent communication from host. Love these units at Elua Village, perfect location for walking to the beach, pools, restaurants, shopping. We enjoyed playing pickleball on the resort too.

We are fellow hosts and this was our favorite property we have stayed at in our multiple trips to hawaii. This neighborhood is highly sought after and the pool behind Ulua beach is stunning. You are sandwiched between 1000/night hotels yet get a local community experience. World class golf is 3 min down the road and you can walk to a plethora of bars and restaurants next door with the shops of wailea. Bed was comfy, plenty of towels, beach supplies and cold A/C to boot. Al was an incredible host and went out of our way to help us out being flexible on check in and check out. As someone who has stayed at multiple hotels on the island; skip them and stay here if you want a quiet, comfortable, elevated stay.

Paradise! Highlights - ocean views, coastal walk, beach access, beautifully landscaped and lovely views also from the pool off the coastal walk. 10 stars for the owner's responsiveness for restaurant suggestions and other inquiries. Comfortable indoor and outdoor furniture. Beach chairs, towels and 2 boogie boards. Kitchen is stocked with all you need for cooking, coffee and mixing a Mai Tai. Can walk all the way to the Kea Lani for dinner at Nick's Fishmarket or PILINA. Just a short walk to the Shops at Wailea for ice cream, restaurants and amazing shopping. So many beaches off the coastal walk with friendly people, whale watching, snorkeling at Ulua Beach and a variety of birds. The only bad part is the last day in Maui! Until next time...

Our family of six (2 grandparents, 2 parents, and 2 kids) had a wonderful 5-day stay at this condo in Wailea. From the moment we booked, Al, the property owner, was fantastic to work with. He checked in with us before, during, and after our stay to make sure we had everything we needed and that our expectations were met. He even kindly offered early and late check-in options, which made our travel days so much easier.The condo itself was perfect for our family—spacious, clean, comfortable, and conveniently located. We loved being so close to the beach, shops, and restaurants. It truly felt like the perfect home base for our time in Wailea.We couldn’t have been happier with our experience and highly recommend staying here. We’re already looking forward to returning on future trips to Wailea!

We had the most amazing stay at this condo! The host was truly exceptional—responsive, thoughtful, and went above and beyond to make our trip seamless. He even helped coordinate our baby rental service so the crib was fully set up when we arrived, which was such a gift after a long travel day.The condo itself was absolutely perfect: spotless, comfortable, beautifully updated, and stocked with everything we needed for a relaxing week in Maui. The location couldn’t be better, and we loved starting and ending each day on the lanai, soaking in the views and the breeze.It genuinely felt like a home away from home. We loved this condo! The view is spectacular and we spent every morning and evening on the lanai. The condo is well appointed and comfortable. We loved having easy walking access to Ulua Beach, the Shops at Wailea, and the beach pathway which was nice when we wanted to check out the nearby resorts and their restaurants. Al was super responsive whenever I had questions. We enjoyed our stay so much, thanks again Al!

The place is amazing!! If you are looking for a place with a spectacular view with easy access to pools and a beach, this is the place for you. There is a hill to walk, but you can drive to the pools and beach if you want. My son was recovering from a broken leg and was able to walk the hills by the end of our trip.Shopping center is next door with plenty of restaurants to eat at as well. The place is well stocked with glasses, dishes and coffee cups. We lust loved our stay here and on the island. Mahalo to Al for letting us stay at his place. He was great to work with.

Great Getaway

First time to Maui. Great getaway. Stayed with husband, adult daughter and her friend. The owner was so great, we actually chatted for quite some time before our trip. He was very informative on the area and the condo was really really great. The location was perfect. Great snorkeling was about a 5 minute walk down to the beach. Other lovely beaches on both sides as well. Highly recommend Makena beach(about 10 minutes away).There is also a great walking/running path along the beach line. I felt completely safe in the area the whole time. The community is gated. There are shops conveniently located around the corner. Everything you need is right there. I highly recommend this VRBO. Thank you AL!

Great location in Wailea

Al's place was amazing! Great amount of space, well equipped, and a superb location. We loved being able to walk to the beach and the shops/market. The community was quiet and the view from the unit was spectacular. Highly recommend!

Paradise!

Condo in safe gated complex with manned security gate. Location is perfect with the complex as close to Ulua beach as you can get! The complex has 2 pools and other amenities to enjoy. The condo we stayed in was clean, well furnished and perfect for myself, my son and a friend. My son was on the sleeper sofa and it was perfect for him and comfortable. The rooms are big and have TVs. Towels and soaps/shampoos are furnished, as well as beach chairs, umbrella and boogie boards. Washer/dryer is great. Kitchen was well stocked. We cooked a lot and were able to make what we wanted with no issues. The view is better than pictures can capture! We enjoyed the lanai! Al was the best host I have ever encountered. He is available, helpful and wants you to have the best experience possible. The condo is farthest away from the beach, but we drove down closer so we didn’t have to lug all the gear back up the hill. We also enjoyed the smaller, closer pool which was secluded and not crowded! I highly recommend this place and would stay here again in a heartbeat! Thanks Al for sharing your lovely home!
