We had a great stay! The host was so fantastic, very good at communicating, providing helpful details for our stay in a timely manner. The unit is located in quiet area across from the beach. The condo was clean and provided enough towels, linens, fans, beach chairs. The kitchen was well stocked and had laundry unit on site. It is true to the description. I would recommend this place.

Lovely home away from home

Was a little nervous because of the sole two reviews… but was so so pleasantly surprised. Such a lovely little apartment, spacious and clean. Felt safe! Would absolutely recommend

Wonderful oasis close to the beach

Our stay at the Kihei resort was wonderful. The condo was clean and included a very modern kitchen with all utilities you need. The premises are super quiet and feel like a small oasis with all the trees and flowers. There is a nice pool available and it is just a short walk to the beach. The team of myperfectstays was super helpful and customer oriented. Would definitely recommend and come back!

Great vacation

We stayed at the Kihei Resort for five weeks. We arrived after dark, and it was very, very confusing trying to find the unit based on the information we had been given. The unit was clean, the kitchen was well stocked with anything you need and the king size bed was very comfortable. The location is excellent with the beach right across the street and the property is well-maintained. I did notify the management, my perfect stays, that the air conditioner was spraying us with water when we were sitting on the lanai. There was a group of about 7 young 20 something’s living in the unit directly above ours for the entire time we were here. They were not partying or deliberately noisy, but we were woken most mornings before 6 AM with the footsteps and the banging and it went on fairly late into the evening also. They were very polite when we spoke to them, but it didn’t stop. I suspect that they were here on work visas.
