Look out from your 4th floor lanai to the oceanfront pool and tennis courts. Renovated interior and professionally designed interior. New stainless-steel appliances 2024, New flooring throughout 2023 and new couches in 2022.

Custom Maui built furniture in both bedrooms, King in master and two twins in second bedroom. Pull out sofa sleeper plus twin murphy bed in the living area.

Large private condominium apartment at the resort condominium complex on the beach in sunny Kihei, Maui, Hawaii. 2 bedrooms with private attached bathroom. 2nd bathroom down the hall with shower, large living area, dining area, kitchen with breakfast bar. World famous swimming and snorkeling beaches are minutes away at one of the many sandy safe beaches at Kihei and nearby Wailea. Just a short distance (6 miles) from five championship 18-hole resort golf courses at Wailea and Makena. The two buildings frame and protect a large recreational area that is carefully attended and landscaped. The 60-foot swimming pool with its broad decks and abundance of pool furniture invites you to improve on your tan. Great location!!

This place was amazing! We stayed 10 days and was sad to leave on check out day. The place is perfect for 5 people. Steve and his team were fast at responding. Pros: watching the sunset right on your patio, Washer and dryer, the amazing pool, middle of everything, bbq area, very well kept landscaping, comfortable beds, starter kit of dish soap, sponge, toilet paper, paper towels, very easy check-in process Cons: found dirty dishes in the cabinets A/c is on a timer and the longest it goes is 4 hours at a time, not a pen or scissors in sight, One of the beach chairs had a rip in it Other than that it was a great family vacation! Definitely would stay again

Great Central location

The grounds at this resort are kept beautifully. Excellent view of the ocean from the balcony. The condo has everything you need even some beach supplies. The individual ac’s in the bedrooms were great because my husband likes to sleep cold and my mom usually freezes. The location is good because you are less than an hour from almost the whole island. Only downside is the beach at the property is nice but not really a swimming beach. When we were there in early June it got really windy in the afternoons but we were usually somewhere else on the island by then.

Oh my, this place was more than expected

It was stressful trying to find the perfect location to stay on our first trip to Maui. Somewhere that my kids will enjoy with lots of activities and access to the beach. This place was it! Not only was it a short walk to the beach but the pool and hot tub were just steps away from the elevator. The unit was roomie for the 5 of us, the only complaint I have is the AC units only run for 4 hours at a time, I understand it is to save on electricity demand on the island but I ended up waking up every night when I got warm to hit the button. A small complaint for being in such a wonderful place. I would recommend this property to any family traveling to the island looking for a stressfree time.

The room was nice but the shower, tub and AC need cleaning. Had dust/spider webs under the AC in the master room. The coffee and dining tables were dirty when we first arrived. The patio, glass doors and windows needs cleaning.

Overall decent property

Great views and overall grounds with very nice pool and other activities (tennis, shuffleboard, putting green, quality grills). Unit wasn't very clean but carpet seemed relatively new and beds were comfortable (actually slept 7). Kitchen was stocked with bare essentials. Beach was very shallow and somewhat rocky, but unit is within a short drive of very swimmable/snorkel beaches. Location otherwise very convenient to stores/restaurants.

Wonderful location

Perfect spot with easy beach access, fantastic views from our balcony! Easy access to other parts of Maui. Comfortable 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo with kitchen - perfect for when we wanted to cook before heading out for the day. Great for families of all ages.

Maui Sunset property is beautiful and well kept. We enjoyed our unit 415B and have rented it for next year. We had some problems with the air conditioner and a few other things that I hope they will fix.

Maui Sunset is a must!

We have stayed a few other places on the beautiful island of Maui, but nothing compares to Maui Sunset. We had an incredible view, everything we could need was available in the condo, as well as the property being impeccably cared for. We will be back!

Excellent Maui Condo Rental

The space was very well maintained with lots of amenities within the condo, e.g. Pots/Pans, lots of towels, beach chairs, and plenty of extra bedding. The entire property is very well kept, and the pool is absolutely pristine. Location wise its very close to lots of food options down Kihei road, all within 10 minutes of driving. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to stay on the west side of the island, as it is a better value than Whaler's Village area which is only 30 minutes north.

Good location in sunny Kihei

The property was located Kihei close to restaurants and beaches. The property itself was a nice low rise building with well groomed grounds. However, the parking spots are very tight that vehicles often take 2 spaces to park one car. Harder for trucks, SUVs and vans to find parking when you come late at night. The unit we stayed in was comfortable but could use an update, especially in removing the carpet. The carpet gave a musty smell every time we come in the condo. We had to spray febreeze every day. The shower also needs to be a little bigger and tiles changed in the 2nd bathroom because of molds. Other than that, everything we needed was there for a nice vacation.

Wonderful stay, good location, reasonable price

Maui Sunset is an older building and the furniture and space is a bit dated, but the beds were great, the light in the room is fantastic and ocean views even better. I have been to Maui many times and this is the best value place I have stayed. The grounds are large and open with a good pool, tennis courts, bocci ball etc. The only recommendation we have is there is a timer on the AC with a maximum of 4 hours which means you are getting up every night to turn it on which impacted our sleep and is unnecessary.
