  • Maui Sunset #B-417 is a fourth floor 2 bed 2 bath unit with beautiful ocean views. It has a fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, window unit AC in both bedrooms as well as the living room, and ceiling fans throughout. In addition this unit provides complimentary wifi. Maui Sunset #B-417 has a king-sized bed and a large SmartTV in the master and includes an en suite bathroom with a tub. The second bedroom provides twin beds, and the convenient second bathroom includes a shower. The living room is equipped with a queen sofa bed and a large SmartTV. For outdoor enjoyment, Maui Sunset #B-417 supplies beach chairs, beach towels and a cooler. Sleeps 6. Same day bookings and those arriving within 24 hours of making the reservation requires a phone call to Rentals Maui for confirmation. Bookings made within 7 days of arrival will require an ID check and screening prior to confirmation. Longer stays require additional terms and conditions. Please contact Rentals Maui for inquiries longer than 60 nights. We work to maintain a very accurate website. At times furniture, decor or flooring may be upgraded and pictures are not updated yet. This would not change the seating, sleeping, function or views of the condo. Amenities are accurately and clearly listed for your convenience. Maui Sunset is a fabulous oceanfront property in Kihei that has lush tropical landscaping, large pool which is heated during the winter months, hot tub, gas grills, workout room, and tennis courts out on the beach for your use. Guests return here year after year which says a lot about this property. The location is excellent, near many beaches and stores. It’s also not too far to get to upcountry or the road to Hana. The property is nice with a large, clean pool and hot tub, and right on the ocean. The condo itself was well appointed and clean. The view from the lanai was perfect for watching sunrises and sunsets.

Property was in a great location. The room was very homey and had a great kitchen and appliances. Plenty of towels, dishes with a pleasant balcony. Nice pool and grounds.

Great location! My kids loved the pool and hot tub and it was awesome to be able to rent a paddle board and go straight to the beach at the condos and we found multiple sea turtles while paddle boarding. So convenient and had everything we needed for ocean adventures at a reasonable price.

My family of two adults and two children enjoyed our 11 day stay in this unit. The host was easily reachable through text messages and they checked in with us to make sure we had everything we needed. The building itself appears to be on the older side but the grounds and common areas are very well kept. The condo was comfortable and offered the things we needed during our stay. The window ac units kept the spaces cool and comfortable. We were able to get up early and open the patio door to enjoy the sound of the waves and the nice temps. The pool was larger than we expected and the very short walk to the beach was amazing. My kids enjoyed the outdoor games that were available to borrow and spent most of their time in the ocean/pool. The quiet hours were great from 10-8 which allowed us to go to sleep easily and have peaceful mornings. We used the bbqs that are on the property twice. They were clean and well kept. Having a washer and dryer was a major plus for this long of a stay.Overall, we enjoyed our trip very much and would stay again!

Stunning views . The grounds of the building well maintained , simply beautiful . Outside of condo building is nothing look at . It is old and make you think it is lot nice . Inside condos and grounds are great .

We had a great time in Kihei. Location and property were perfect for our family of 5. The grounds were beautiful and the sunsets spectacular. Can’t wait to go back!

Commençons par le positif…le salon et la cuisine qui sont spacieux offrent une vue splendide sur la piscine , le site et la mer. Nous avons profité du balcon. Aussi, il était super agréable d’avoir des chaises de plage, une glacière et des parasols pour la plage. Par ailleurs, le matelas du lit de la principale chambre à coucher est très inconfortable parce que trop usé . Il serait nécessaire de le remplacer. De plus, les airs climatisés des chambres sont très bruyants et mal situés selon nous. En terminant, comme le diable est dans les détails…les verres à vin étaient en plastique, les savons à lave-vaisselle en quantité limitée de même que les savons à linge.

Beautiful view with great amenities

Our family of 4 (2 adults, 2 teens) had a wonderful stay and enjoyed the view and amenities more than we could have expected. While there was a minor issue with check-in (code didn’t work), it was resolved quickly and kindly when we called the reservation number. We would definitely stay here again!

Great value, very good location, convenient to everything. Clean property in good shape with good grounds. Wish we could have stayed longer and will probably stay here if we go back to Maui.

Great stay!

Location was perfect and the condo was great. It was clean, had everything we needed, is close to shopping, and the views were simply stunning. If we go back to the island anytime soon, we'll stay here again. Everything was as advertised and wonderful for a family of four.

Maui Holiday Family getaway

The property was a nice size for a family with two young adult children. The condo was centrally located in Kihei near shopping, restaurants and beaches. The pool area was nice and the view from the unit was beautiful.
