Condo was fully renovated, new cabinets, tile floor, granite countertops, stainless appliances and new A/Cs. The Master Bedroom boasts a California King bed, ensuite bathroom, and private courtyard. The modern kitchen is very well stocked and you will enjoy the Weber BBQ's outside the condo. Spacious living room includes a queen sized sofa bed. Condo has beach gear and coolers. Across the street from Kamaole 3 Beach.

Wonderful condo and location!

We have very much enjoyed our two week stay at this condo and hate to leave! The condo is clean and well stocked with kitchen equipment. The property is well maintained and we loved the tropical pool!

First Time Visit to Maui

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this condominium so close to the beach and all other amenities! The unit was spacious and more than adequate for our needs. Having a washer and dryer was such a huge bonus! Next time (and we certainly hope there will be a next time) we will bring a lot less stuff! The pool was a nice addition and the grounds are gorgeous. Our host was incredibly responsive. We could not have asked for a better experience.

Great stay

We enjoyed our 10-day stay at this property. The condo was as pictured. Well-stocked with pots and pans for doing your own cooking. There were a small number of pantry staples (salt, pepper, some herbs). The rest we bought as needed. Bed was very comfortable. There was a nice cross-breeze through the unit so we rarely used the A/C unit. Loved that a short walk got us to the beach to watch the sunset in the evenings. Quiet location. Would definitely stay here again. Thanks :)

Kihei Getaway

We visit Maui every year, and we split our time visiting family upcountry and staying at the beach. Maui Kamaole is a great property, and this unit was perfect for our family. The end unit provided privacy, yet we were a short walk across the street to the lower pool. And Kam III (our favorite beach in Kihei) was a 5 minute walk from the front door. The condo was well appointed, and the floor plan offered plenty of room for a family of 4. Will definitely come back to this unit!

Wonderful Spot!

Great condo in a lovely location. Updated and clean. Very comfortable bed. Great condition beach chairs and umbrellas. Our host was very easy to correspond with and most helpful. Would definitely recommend!

Great location, quick response from host!

This apartment was great , perfect clean , parking spot right in front of door, calm and relaxed atmosphere !! Firstly thank you for hosting us ! This apartment gives you really filling us home everything included appliances towels beach chair , umbrella , extra blanket to feel comfortable in there and enjoy your time. Location easy in front of the beautiful park and beach, food available in walking distance. Close to the greatest shopping mall . Easy to get anywhere you need ! Definitely recommend!

Loved it!

My girlfriend and I were 100% pleased with our stay here. Gerrit's communication was quick, friendly, and addressed all our needs before and during our stay. He was accommodating to our requests. The property was clean and accurately represented in the listing. The condo was a good size for the two of us, and nicely remodeled. We appreciated the pools on the property, easy access to good beaches, and the included beach chairs and umbrella. We would definitely stay here again!

Lovely property close to the beach.

Property was lovely. Pretty decorations, we’ll appointed, comfortable bed, two outdoor spaces, full sized washer and dryer, renovated modern kitchen. Parking spot right across from the unit. Two lovely pools on property. Easy to communicate with host. Great access to beaches. We look forward to coming back!

Absolutely as Advertised - We will be back

Aloha, we just completed a 10 night stay and it is everything that we asked for. It was a home away from home. Very well appointed with everything we needed and the beach accessories was an added bonus ( beach chairs, cooler and boogie boards). We vacationed with two other families who stayed in different units and they liked ours the best. Gerrit is very hospitable and we look forward to staying in his unit again.

Great Home Base

This condo is as advertised and as pictured, and we found it to be more spacious and with a nicer balcony are than we expected (you can peekabo the ocean a few steps past). The kitchen has modern appliances and the bathrooms are all updated. The bed is massive with a nice bathroom area and in general its a very comfy home base, extremely well located with an easy walk to the beach for sunset viewing and easy parking. The kitchen is well equipped, could just use some new pans. The living room area is comfy. The complex pool is right across the parking lot and was great, and there are BBQs everywhere, which we made good use of. The unit is ground floor so you get a bit of noise from above but nothing that bothered us. It is the tropics so there are some tiny ants around and we found some dead larger insects, which should have been caught by the cleaners.. the unit is very clean on the surface but could use a deep clean (corners, etc). A bit of ceiling water damage but not huge. In general an excellent choice for your vacation home base!
