Todd was very responsive to my questions and most accommodating. His place was spectacular with comfortable beds, lovely decor but the best part of entire condo was the lanai. With the updated seating and table along with a beautiful view of the ocean, we spent every morning and evening enjoying the weather. Looking forward to booking his condo for our next trip to Maui.

Charming and convenient

We are repeat visitors to Todd's property- 2 years in a row! Not only is the condo well appointed, the property is conveniently located to everything South Maui has to offer. He is a gracious and accommodating host and would not hesitate to rent here again.

Paradise Get Away

This place was amazing! Todd was amazing and super accommodating with any questions! The condo was in the perfect spot to walk to the beach and the room was fully stocked with everything we needed (snorkel gear, beach towels etc). Will definitely stay here next time we travel back to Maui!

Todd’s condo was the perfect space for our family vacation - with a baby under 1 and a 4 year old, we felt we had plenty of space and even appreciated the high chair provided! Good location, would recommend!

Well furnished Condo for Water activities, Relaxing and very near Restaurants and Shops

The property is in an ideal location for water based activities like Snorkeling, Surfing, Molokini Boat tour, etc. Todd has thought about guests' need and furnished the condo with all the things one will need Ex: Snorkeling gears, Beach chairs, umbrella, sunscreen, Beach towels, etc. The lanai is well furnished to sit and enjoy bird songs in the morning, view of Molokini island and the sun rise over Haleakalā peak. Also the kitchen is fully equipped any meal you want to make stocked with all the spices, etc. Nice working dish washer, fridge and stove. The bed and the living rooms are nicely furnished. The art decorations were very nice. All the rooms had Air conditioning units and also fans.It's a short walk to Keawakapu beach front where snorkeled and saw the sea turtles (5 of them) on one morning. Another day we saw one. The condo is located between the Wailea and Kihei, so it was an ideal location for peaceful walk in the morning towards Wailea and to get some groceries you can walk to South Kihei.The property itself is well managed with Kona coffee available from morning 6 am to 12 pm in the office. It has a swimming pool and the office staff are very helpful.A very wonderful stay and we will return to this condo/property next time we visit Maui.

Beautifully Decorated and Well Furnished

Clean, comfortable and in a beautiful perfect location in South Maui. This 2 bedroom 2 bathroom condo was perfect for our family of 4 adults. My parents, brother and I found it to be the perfect place to rest between our busy travels during the day. Todd’s communication made the ease of booking and the entire experience very pleasant for us. The fridge has a water filter as well as a brita filter. There are beach towels, umbrella, chairs and boards for a nice beach day. The beach is a short 3 minute drive with free parking. I would recommend this place to my friends and family. The owner does ask that we kindly put the towels in the washer before leaving which only takes a minute and is not a hassle.

Luxe Stay in Kihei

This was a LOVELY stay! Todd has thought of everything and then some. The unit has beautiful upgrades and the most gorgeous lanai in town... with an ocean view!!! We loved our stay, the communication with Todd, and the grounds. 5 stars!!!!

Beautiful, Comfortable, and Well Stocked!

Todd's condo in Maui was perfect for my family, including myself, my husband, and our one year old. It is beautifully decorated and feels like someone's home, but with zero clutter. The beds were extremely comfortable and the linens were luxurious. The kitchen was well stocked for eating in. Tons of beach supplies, all in great shape. The AC units worked really well, although we only needed to use the ones in the bedrooms for sleeping. The onsite pool and hot tub were very nice. We didn't have time to take advantage of other amenities on the property, but there were many others. It was nice knowing the front desk was available 24 hrs a day if we had needed anything. Todd was also very communicative and helpful! Would highly recommend.

Great spot in Kihei

We were a party of four adults sharing this condo. Very quiet place away from the main drag. The unit was even better in person than the pictures online, which does not happen often! The beds and furnishings were comfortable. The kitchen very well stocked and seemed to be higher end than the usual rental. Loved the artwork and some of the antique furniture. We appreciated the "fun closet" stocked with everything you need for the beach. Large pool area is nice and includes a hot tub which was not hot, but we forgot to go to the office to let them know. The location is very walkable which I did every day. I enjoyed sleeping with the windows open and listening to the birds. Great view from the lanai which is where we spent most of our time when at home base. Todd has great attention to detail and was a great host! Overall, we would stay here again as we very much enjoyed the stay. Mahalo Todd!

A perfect vacation rental that actually felt like home.

As noted with other reviews, and as a skeptical New Yorker, I felt the solid 5-star reviews could have been exaggerated. They were not - Todd's condo was an incredibly comfortable and relaxing stay. Not only was the condo well-appointed, the level of amenities was impressive. From a coffee grinder to beach chairs, sun hats, umbrellas ... Todd's place truly felt like a home away from home. I travel for work about half of the year, and the second bedroom bed was the most comfortable sleep I've had outside of my own home. Communication with Todd was easy and check in / out was seamless. Already looking forward to next time.

You gotta stay here!

This condo is absolutely perfect. My husband and me and another couple stayed here for four nights to attend a friend’s wedding. This condo was beautifully decorated, clean, comfortable, and had breathtaking views. Imagine drinking coffee at sunrise and watching whales from the balcony! This place has everything you could want too- games, books, snorkel gear, beach chairs, comfy beds and a big cozy couch and a beautifully decorated balcony with such a view. The owner was very communicative and everything about our stay was incredibly easy. If you’re visiting Maui and this property is available don’t hesitate to book it! I hope we can stay there again!

Fantastic stay overlooking Kihei &Wailea

This well equipped condo served us fantastically for our family of 6 holiday. Todd was attentive and helpful from beginning to end. The unit is nicely decorated, up to date and has a fantastic lanai view looking out to sea and up to Haleakala Mtn. A closet full of beach toys, umbrellas, chairs and more were great to use. Maui Hill has nice pool, weekly cocktail party and tennis courts. Would stay here again and highly recommend this unit.

I was skeptical of all the great reviews. But they are all true. Todd takes pride in his condo and making sure vacationers have a good time in Maui. Condo is loaded with everything a family will need on vacation. Clean & very nice and very comfortable. U don’t need to buy all the little things at the grocery store. Highly recommend. (About a 1/2 mile from beach -just guessing ). Can’t beat the price

Amazing Views

We loved our stay at this condo. Our mornings and evening were spent enjoying the beautiful view of Molokini from the lanai. We appreciated the beach equipment and the pool. The master bed was extremely comfortable. We would definitively stay here again!

Great location and amazing condo

So many good things to say about this place and property. Everything from the booking through to the stay was fantastic - great host! Awesome communication. Condo had everything you could imagine and more. Made it feel like home with all the everyday things you need and lots of extras that you don’t normally get in rentals. The best surprise was the cupboard full of beach items - everything from beach chairs to body boards. Was super helpful to have everything to hand especially when the beach is less than 5 minutes away. Overall everything was perfect and I would highly highly recommend !

Great Location

We had a last minute change in our itinerary and Todd was able to accommodate our request for a late check out. The condo was close to the beach, restaurants and in a quiet neighborhood. It is on the second floor so there are stairs but it wasn't bad. Overall, a good stay.

Great stay!

Condo was exactly as described - clean, well stocked and a great location for our family vacation. Our kids loved the on site bocce ball, pool, putting green and tennis after a long day at the beach. Very close to restaurants, beaches, etc.

Great location for family vacation

This condo was everything that we needed for our Maui stay. Super comfortable beds and beautiful furnishings throughout. We loved being able to do laundry and cut down on how much we packed. It was very helpful to have everything we needed upon arrival - such as paper towels, cleaning supplies, etc...The whole place was well stocked for our stay. We were a short walk to the best beach I've ever been to in Hawaii and we were able to walk to many shops and restaurants in town. We would definitely stay here again!

Maui Family Time

Todd’s place was a great location for us. Walking distance to beaches, close to the pool and bocce ball courts but still quiet and private. We explored several parts of the island and the Kihei/Wailea location was convenient to all (airport, snorkeling tour, Haleakala, Lahaina, restaurants, etc. We were a group of 5 adults and the place gave us plenty of room for gathering together while still allowing for privacy. We loved the spacious lanai—it had nice views and stayed cool. We used it every day. Communication with Todd for booking, check in/out was always prompt—we had no issues or problems during our stay. Thx for a wonderful vacation in Maui! 😊
