Thank you for considering our ocean view condo in paradise! Our condo is right across Kamaole Beach Park II in the G building on the South side of the Maui Banyan Resort. The G building is the most sought after as it is closest to the beach without being right next to the road.

Our 'G' condo is a third floor, 2 bedroom/ 2 bath unit. The condo has a fully equipped, all stainless steel kitchen. Luxurious travertine tile surround the walk-in showers. With three AC units and three ceiling fans, this remodeled condo will keep you cool and comfortable all day long. Comfortable King and Full size beds will let you have a restful sleep after a fun-filled day. Covered gazebos and BBQ grills poolside provide a fun and relaxing tropical party. The Maui Banyan tropical landscaping with majestic palm trees, Birds of Paradise, and bamboo groves surround the resort and its two pools and two hot tubs. A tennis court keeps your backhand in tip-top form while you are away in paradise! It is truly a great place to stay without the high-end fees from high-end resorts.

I received all the support I needed from the Host and enjoyed having the use of the beach furniture and some of the seasonings in the pantry.

We don't expect much when we travel as long as everything discussed prior to the trip is there. We were promised 4 beach chairs and a cooler for the beach. When we arrived, there were only 2 beach chairs and no cooler. 2 days in, a third chair was delivered and finally with 1 day remaining, the final chair and cooler were delivered. The host said he thought the cleaner dropped everything off, so there was miscommunication with the host and cleaner.

Great location and access to the beach! Ocean view off of lanai which was perfect for morning coffees. 5th visit to the Maui Banyan and it never disappoints. Host was great to work with!

This condo is in a great location for everything: beach, food, shopping and centrally located on island so drives are reasonable. The pools are well kept and always had enough chairs. The unit itself was clean and had an awesome kitchen stocked with almost any type of cooking item you would need. Appliances all looked relatively new and were well maintained. Having a washer and dryer was a huge plus as we packed carryons only. Air conditioning was a must for us and the condo has one window unit in each room so it was sufficient to cool the condo. The unit is south facing so it does warm up a bit during the day even with the curtains drawn.

This condo is walking access to a beautiful beach right across the street and we often walked down there for the sunset. The location is great for shopping, food and a cute ice cream shop all in walking distance.Unfortunately, the condo itself is dated and we had issues with small little flea like bugs of some sort in the kitchen around the sink and on the counters. We had to be very careful with food and store most in the refrigerator or ziplocks.

Perfect place for us! Lots of space and all was in great condition! Host was super quick to respond to anything I asked! Really appreciated having nice Tommy Bahama beach chairs and umbrellas! Loved being right across the street from the beach! Couldn't have been better!!

You get what you pay for type of rental

The place was in a good location and the staff were pretty nice that worked at the condos.Pros:Condo is in a great/close location for everything you need, especially beaches.Pretty spacious for 4 adults & a baby, especially the kitchen.You can see the ocean (not the beach) past the palm trees from the balconyElevator convenient Pool smaller but never a bunch of peopleCons:“This place is partially invested with some kind of tiny ants/insects”. The 3rd day we were there we left some banana bread crumbs on the stove & counter while at the beach and when we got back the ants were all over the crumb area and there were trails of them leading up to cracks in the walls.We looked around bc of this and they were all over the babies toiletries and snacks that we put on the pantry shelves along with more trails going into cracks in the walls.We cleaned the entire areas well and wiped down the fridge (just incase) and decided to continue our stay unless the ants became pest in the since of on us or by the bedrooms which we never saw, just in the kitchen & partially in the living room area.I will leave pictures in this review if it’s an option.Other than that, some water leaking from the AC in the single bed room, and the Host is a bit slow responding if he/she ever does this place is a budget friendly type of rental.

VRBO BEST STAY

This was one of the very best VRBO’s that we’ve ever stayed in!!! It was beautiful, clean, one of the better qualities of furnishings then what we’ve experienced in other rentals!!! The fact that the host was so quick and contactable was highly appreciated! I’d stay there over and over if they felt the same and liked the way that the unit was taken care of or appreciated!!!

An excellent property with an excellent vibe

We were there for a week and it was a week in Paradise! Not only is the property as advertised but there is a very nice green space around the pool of what I would guess is somewhere between 5:00 and 7 acres. And it's a short walk to the beach so it's nice to be close access to town but not on concrete slab lol

Great place !!

The condo was really nicely decorated and clean. They had everything we needed. Great location right by the beach and nice pool. Beds were very comfortable. Host was easy to communicate with and very responsive. Book it - you won’t regret it.

Wonderful!!

It was perfect for us. We loved our balcony view and ate breakfast there every morning. Close walking distance to our favorite restaurant and the ocean with great snorkeling was across the street. We got a condo with two rooms. We thought the second door was locked but pushed hard and it opened. The place was clean and beautiful. We would love to stay here again! Well worth it!
