Ma'alaea Surf, Unit E5, the most glorious and romantic sunset views at is why the architect who designed Ma'alaea Surf chose this unit for his home. Steps away from the wonderful walking beach and pool. This fully equipped unit features flat screen tv, cable, Wi-Fi, central AC, fully furnished kitchen, includes all linens, towels, beach towels and housekeeping. It also includes tennis and pickleball, convenient parking and washer and dryers located in guest laundry rooms on property.

Enjoy a majestic ocean view dinner and whale watching from the large patio (lanai). The maximum occupancy allowed in this unit is 6. All units at Ma'alaea Surf are non-smoking.

We really enjoyed our 10 night stay. The views are breathtaking, you hear the waves from your condo. It is a quiet, family unit. We received a half week clean up in our condo and the ladies were amazing. We will definitely book again. There's an local farmers market, abc convenient store and shaved ice with in walking distance.

Great Location and views

We loved this location. We've stayed before in Kaanapali and Wailea, and this is so much more central to everything. Loved getting shave ice across the street. The condo was comfortable and had great views. Kids enjoyed the beach and the pool. Parking was easy. Two small negatives were we didn't love where the tv was situated in the family room, sort of blocking the views. And the rails on the stairs and upstairs bedroom are really far apart. Our 3-year-old kept sticking her head through. I'd be nervous with a younger child that they might fall, but as long as there aren't any crawling babies or toddlers it's fine.

Great location, what you want in Kihei.

This condo is right on a very swimmable and walkable beach, which can be tough to find in the area. The waves are almost perfect for little ones. We were pleasantly surprised. A bit north of the Kihei dining and shopping, but plenty accessible. The condo itself is well-appointed, two king beds in the rooms, and two full baths (one of the bedrooms is a loft, which was pretty cool for us, but may not be perfect for folks who can’t handle a spiral staircase). Property manager was great, checkin was a breeze, and the entire condo property was well-maintained. Was exactly what we needed, mahalo.

Steps away from the beach

This property was a last minute booking due to cancellation of our original property one day prior to arrival on Maui. You would think anything available last minute would be questionable but E5 exceeded our expectations. This condo was paradise. The lanai overlooks the beach and pool where you can wake up to the sound of waves and eat dinner to an ocean sunset. Kihei is laid back, calm and reflects the beauty of Maui. It is not commercial or resortish. Yes it is on the older side, but you cannot tell. There is central a/c, fans, the kitchen is fully stocked with all the housewares you need for your home away from home and towel service. They also provide beach chairs, sand shovels, and boogie boards, (no cooler). It is a close drive to local grocery stores, (even a target is a 15min drive), and a nice 5min walk to shaved ice. Malea the property manager is awesome, very attentive and great with communication. With our family of grand parents, parents and kids we all agree we want to make this property at the least, an annual trip.

Amazing Property

We had a great time at the condo. Amazing views of the ocean and we enjoyed watching the members of the canoe club every morning racing. Sugar Beach was much quieter than the beaches in central Kihei, great for swimming and sun bathing. Short enjoyable walk to the best shave ice in Kihei. We will be back.
