Nestled just one block from the ocean, you'll enjoy easy access to pristine beaches and stunning sunsets. The beachy chic decor and modern furniture create an atmosphere of relaxation, the perfect homebase, as you prepare to head out for a day soaking in the sun, snorkeling or watching the whales. This modern condo boasts spacious bedrooms and bathrooms with all the amenities you will need for a comfortable vacation. The queen sleeper sofa in the living room will comfortably accommodate 2 additional guests. The sunlit kitchen has granite countertops, tropical backsplash and a breakfast bar. You will find it is fully stocked with all the kitchen accessories you will need to make delicious meals. The living room area is spacious and perfect for families or couples to relax and enjoy. This is the best place we have stayed at in Maui. We will definitely stay there again. Parking was awesome and easy walking to the beach. We have stayed at many resorts in wailea and will pick staying at the palms over any of those resorts. Thank you again!

Our stay was great. We were delayed in Hawaii due to some weather, and the hosts were very helpful with extending our stay. Highlights: Great price, great location, very clean, super accommodating hosts, good parking, lots of beach chairs/umbrellas, and beach gear.Things to Know: It is a basement suite, so there is no view of the ocean. There are quite a few steps down into the place, which was ok for us but may be challenging for some or elderly people. The second bedroom has sliding doors off it, so it is not very private or quiet.I would stay here again.

Peaceful and relaxing

This is a great property and our unit was well designed and comfortable. Quiet location with beautiful grounds and pool area. The kitchen could use a few more basic items. Other than that it was all excellent.

THE BEST!!

This property is GORGEOUS. The condo was very clean, feels brand new and is beautifully designed. It was so enjoyable relaxing there after a long beach day. We loved how private it felt, and we were super excited about the unexpected ocean view, it’s small from the lanai, but enough to know what the beach conditions are like!! This condo’s location is fantastic, very private and away from the main group of buildings at the Palms. Walking to the beach is a breeze and there is lots of dining nearby. We highly recommend this condo to anyone looking for a luxury feeling getaway! The property management team was wonderful, and their communication was top-notch. We hope to be back soon!
